This was about my fourth visit, and it had been a while since the last time, but once again I had a thoroughly satisfying stay in every respect. As it was just the beginning of September, we were served dobin-mushi and matsutake mushroom rice, allowing us to enjoy the flavors of autumn a little early. Everything was delicious. The Room was spotless, and the entire property felt clean and well maintained. Above all, every staff member was polite and composed; meals were served at just the right time, and they always seemed to be attentively looking out for guests in a natural way. It made for a truly comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I have been staying here for some time, and recently I always stay for three nights. Each time, the property is quiet and thoroughly cleaned throughout. The wonderful, delicious meals were excellent, and both the open-air bath and the large public bath were spotless. The background music was also pleasant. The Room has two rooms with a veranda, and it was the perfect size for just my spouse and me. The staff’s service was also good.

I look forward to staying at Pearl Star every summer. Thanks to the staff who provide Shuttle Service with a smile from check-in to check-out, I always have a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me, and I like to get seated early and enjoy it at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again and again.

The ocean view from the Room is wonderful, as are the views of Atami and the sea from the restaurant. The guest Room is spacious and airy, and the Onsen bath is large enough to stretch out in. Dinner was especially delicious, particularly the stone-grilled beef tenderloin steak. It was a very satisfying stay.

My 88-year-old mother, my sister and I, my daughter, and my two grandchildren (six of us across four generations) stayed at Atami Korakuen Hotel for one night and two days. Although we were a group with a wide range of ages, everyone was comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The Shuttle Service bus from Atami Station to the Hotel was extremely helpful. Our Room was an 18-tatami Japanese-style room with large windows, so we could also enjoy the beautiful nighttime view of Atami town. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety—from dishes my mother enjoys to kid-friendly options—so everyone could enjoy the meals together regardless of age. The freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. The large public bath was equipped with a baby bath and baby soap, so we felt at ease bathing even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for getting around, they responded quickly, which helped us a lot. This is a Hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend to families traveling with babies or elderly relatives. We would love to stay again as a family. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

This is our annual summer family trip with three generations. We book two Rooms, and we truly appreciate that you arrange them next to each other. The baths are amazing—wonderful Onsen! The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. It’s an outstanding Hotel. My mother was left partially paralyzed after a cerebral hemorrhage and has limited mobility, so we wondered if this might be our last trip together—but this year again, our whole family was able to come. We hope my mother and father stay healthy so we can all return next year as well. This is the best Hotel for creating wonderful memories on our yearly family trips. Please take care of yourselves, and keep up the great work. I’ll be visiting with friends in October too, and I’m looking forward to coming back again. I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.
