You can always see yachts anchored, gracefully enjoying the beauty of the sea.Standing atop the hill of Koajiro is THE HOUSE Koajiro marina suite. This is an exceptionally luxurious building, even among the other THE HOUSE properties.The concept is "What if PARIS had a beach?"Originally, this building was constructed with exposed concrete. Everything about it was stylish, masculine, simple, and modern. It resembled a grand mansion you might find in Tokyo's Setagaya area. That was the image of the building.We wondered if we could add more natural, gentle, and resort-like relaxing elements to this symbol of "luxury" in a capitalist sense. What came to mind was the beach project held along the Seine River in Paris.A white sandy beach suddenly appears amidst the classic cityscape.
