There was an accident where I accidentally entered a different room with a similar number, but both of them responded promptly without showing any displeasure, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. I would like to stay here again next time. The breakfast buffet had a perfect balan

This is my fourth stay. I stay here when I have business meetings or night shifts in Yokohama and then return to Tokyo by car early in the morning. I'm happy that I can use the large public bath from 5 AM. The room also has a small table, making it easy to use. The style

The room was spacious, and the unit bath was clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. There was a seating set, so I could enjoy the afterglow of the live event while savoring the snacks I brought. One point, the door of the unit bath was frosted glass, so I thought a regular door

The reception was handled by someone from overseas, but their hospitality was excellent, and there was nothing to be concerned about. There is a convenience store and a "My Basket" nearby, so you can get all your food there. The room was spacious and clean, and with an 11:00 chec

There was also a convenience store on the first floor, so I could easily go buy drinks and such. It was a bit far from Sakuragicho Station, but I could walk. It was an easy walking distance from Kannai Station as well, and there was a place with shops gathered right near the hot

I was searching for a business hotel, and this hotel came up as a candidate. Expecting a well-known business hotel, I found this stylish circular hotel right next to Sakuragicho Station. Thanks to a discount, I was able to stay alone in a spacious twin room. What made me happiest

Stayed here for a live event. I was looking for a place close to Yokohama Station, and this was it. It was less than a 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station. There was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. It was quiet at night, and I slept well. The room was clean and

I enjoyed strolling around Minato Mirai and visiting the nearby Nogeyama Zoo. However, it was a bit disappointing that the hotel's location was hard to find and that I could hear quite a bit of noise from the adjacent and upper rooms. Still, I would like to use it again if I hav

Everything I ate was so delicious that I already wanted to repeat my stay. I chose a room on the harbor side, and the view was also wonderful. I used the hotel's cruise, and the guide's stories were interesting, making it a great Yokohama sightseeing experience. It became a

During my stay, I suddenly fell ill and was taken to the hospital, and I received great assistance from the hotel staff until then. They responded quickly and courteously without showing any displeasure, which gave me peace of mind. I am filled with gratitude. Thank you ver

Additionally, besides the amenities from THALGO JAPAN, there were also amenities from Yokohama Mayu Shoten, which delighted my mother (and me), who loves hotel amenities. The breakfast at Café Tosca, which I hadn't had in a while, was also rich in content and delicious. The v

The seasonal soups are also outstanding... last time it was chestnut, this time turnip... both are exceptional. The view outside the window is also wonderful. The staff at the club lounge also provide excellent service. I plan to visit again on various occasions in the future

This hotel is the closest to both the station and Chinatown, and there's also a limousine bus stop for Haneda Airport, making it very convenient. This time, I was recommended to upgrade my room, and I was very satisfied with the room, which included my favorite L'Occitane ameniti

I checked in close to 10 PM, and they upgraded my room to a higher floor, which allowed me to see the Minato Mirai area and Mount Fuji from my room the next morning. The view was clear during this season, and I was thrilled. The breakfast buffet, which I was looking forward to,

The requested amenities were perfect, and every staff member was kind and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The atmosphere of the lounge and pool harmonized with nature, allowing us to relax and enjoy time with family. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It wasn't constant, so it didn't bother me much, but it might be a concern for some people. It's close to Minato Mirai Station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient! There were no particular issues with the staff's service. I would love to stay again!

I stay at various hotels, but the hospitality at this hotel was the best. The front desk, the staff we passed by, the restaurant staff, everyone had a wonderful smile. When I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, and the dinner at Parade was delicious

I stayed for consecutive nights and was upgraded to a room with a kitchen that offered a view of Osanbashi and Yokohama Port. Since it is a new hotel that opened a year ago, both the room and facilities were brand new, allowing for a pleasant stay. It was within walking distance

There is also a locker room where you can store large luggage by yourself, which is convenient. The room was more spacious, beautiful, and comfortable than expected. It was a residential room with a washing machine inside, and detergent was also provided, with excellent
