We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. I visited again after about a year, and as expected, many things had been improved. There were new systems related to cleaning, and even small touches like having tissue paper in the washroom. From the start, it was already a very convenient Hotel—with an amenity buffet, separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin in the bathroom—and I also loved how pleasant it was to be greeted by every staff member I passed in the building. On top of that, after check-in, when I asked at the front desk for extra towels, they arranged for additional towels every day during my stay. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention. Once again, it was a very satisfying stay!

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

I stayed for one night starting on Saturday. There is a covered walkway along the building from the station to very near the Hotel, so it’s fairly easy to get around even on rainy days. The lemonade in the guest lounge was pleasantly tart, blue, and delicious, though it felt a bit limited that only donuts and rice crackers were available. It may be ideal as a casual regular stay.

The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

I stayed for two nights to attend events in Yokohama and Tokyo. The location was convenient, with easy access from both Haneda Airport and the nearest station, Shinagawa, making it easy to get around. It was also great that I could choose as many amenities as I needed, such as basic skincare (SEKKISEI) and tea. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. This Hotel is perfect for a trip focused on going out on your own.

Tokyu Stay offers in-room laundry facilities, which I always appreciate, and the Gotanda location was particularly excellent. Firstly, it is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. The room features practical shelves, a chair with a backrest as well as a stool, conveniently placed outlets, and ReFa products. Additionally, I requested a taxi during my stay and was impressed when they addressed me by my last name even though we had only met briefly at check-in. I would love to stay here again!

This was my third stay. These days, this is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Tokyo. The club lounge has many international guests, yet it’s very quiet and relaxing, so you can truly unwind at a leisurely pace. I almost forgot it was the Obon holiday period. All of the food served was refined, and they even had my favorite smoked salmon—I was delighted. Some of the staff remembered me and provided very attentive service. I would love to stay here again. N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

This is truly one of my favorite Hotels, directly connected to Osaki Station with excellent transportation access. This time I had plans in Omotesando and also went to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Yurakucho, and the location was perfect for getting around. The price including breakfast was a great value. As I always mention, if there were just one more something at breakfast, I think I would like it even more. More Hotels are putting extra effort into their breakfast these days, so please consider it.

As always, we truly appreciated your support, such as providing a bath chair for my elderly mother and assisting with the checkout time. This time, we changed to a Room type with a balcony for the first time in a while at Prince, and my mother was very satisfied—the Room was clean and spacious. Thank you very much.

After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.

I truly appreciate your prompt and courteous assistance, even though I realized on the 4th day of my stay that I had entered the wrong number of nights in my Reservation. I would love to use your service again!

Because the exterior was under construction, it was hard to find, but I managed to arrive. The front entrance felt a bit old. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed may have been a little too soft. The bathroom also felt old. However, it’s close to the station, so there were no issues for business use. Thank you.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

I visited after a long time. As before, the Room was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and I enjoyed the unique view from the high floors. The staff were very friendly, which allowed me to relax and enjoy using the Facility, including the lounge, making my overall experience highly satisfying. During check-in, I was informed that breakfast would be served in the lounge and that dining at the restaurant would incur an additional charge. While I initially felt a bit disappointed as I had been looking forward to enjoying your Crème Brûlée French Toast for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by how delightful breakfast at the lounge turned out to be. Although the buffet itself is smaller in scale, it was wonderful to have various types of Dutch Baby pancakes available for order. I look forward to visiting again soon. I really appreciated being able to stay at such a reasonable price. I slept in a single room where I could use the shower and adjust the air conditioning individually. Including the amenities, for this price in Tokyo it was more than sufficient and I was satisfied. The staff member who assisted me with late check-in was very pleasant and left a great impression. It was very quiet, and I slept well.

No sleepwear provided, had to buy some. Took two baths because I didn't notice the water heater and it was cold. Struggled to figure out how to access the room with the passcode, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. However, aside from the TV not working, everything else was manageable, so there shouldn't be any issues next time. The place was clean and in a good location—overall, fairly satisfied.

Amenities are available in the lobby for you to pick up what you need. The Room was pleasantly prepared, and housekeeping was done properly. On the 2nd floor, there is a guest-only lounge, vending machines, a laundry room, and a microwave, which is convenient. The Room also has handy lights by the dresser and bed for using a PC or smartphone, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There are power outlets in many places, making it easy to use. This time I stayed for 3 nights with the breakfast buffet; there was a good variety each day, though the taste was average. It was nice that the bread could be warmed. There is also a convenience store nearby, and information is provided at the check-in counter. However, it takes about 15 minutes from Shinagawa Station (Takanawa Exit) up quite a steep hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, taking a taxi is recommended.

The staff was kind and accommodating even though my flight was canceled, and the replacement flight arrived late at night. However, the drinks in the Room's refrigerator were frozen, which caused some inconvenience.
