I enjoyed a wonderful stay during the Obon holiday at my favorite Chinzanso, booked through IKYU.com. The Japanese-modern style room was very relaxing. With a meal-inclusive plan, I indulged in Le Jardin's Evening High Tea. Toasting with champagne lifted my spirits, and the signa

The path with beautiful hydrangeas is also one of my favorites. The room was very clean, and this time I was given a slightly better room. Thanks to that, I could relax in the separate bath comfortably. The desk setup makes it excellent for working. There’s a small FamilyMa

The male staff at check-in provided exceptionally polite service. The night view from the Room was beautiful, and the rooftop was lovely as well. The Room was clean, and it was convenient to control the air conditioning and lighting with a tablet-like device by the bedside.

Since I visit about once a year, I was worried if I could remember the check-in process, but the front desk staff handled it efficiently. It would be great if the public bath could be open until a later time. The room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, making it very

This was my first stay. I appreciated the Room upgrade, but because my third-floor Room faced Kabukicho Tower, I could hear noise from idol events during the day, and advertising audio from the screen continued at night, so I couldn’t relax. A higher floor might have been better,

The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, access to not only the Room but also the elevators and the large public bath requires a security card, so even as a woman traveling alone in my 60s, I felt very comfortable and safe. I also truly appreciate you

The large public bath is a great feature, and the bed is wide and very comfortable. The Room is small, but that’s not an issue since I travel light; I just wish the desk were a bit larger. I always take the complimentary water to my workplace the next day, but since it has the

At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far away for an Onsen can be difficult, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recom

The large public bath had a good Panasonic hair dryer, and although I didn’t use them this time, they also offer free late-night soba and ice cream—great services that made the stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from Ikebukuro Station, but there’s a convenience store nea

There’s also a Lawson just a 1-minute walk away, making it a very convenient location. The large bath was relaxing, and the water temperature was around 41°C—perfect for me as I prefer it slightly hot. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to unwind. It was also grea
