We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Both the location and the Room quality are excellent. It is quiet, and once you are in the Room you cannot hear the noise of the city, making it an ideal environment to relax and recover from fatigue. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and it is a comfortable Hotel. Most guests are international travelers, so it feels almost like being abroad. There is a convenience store on the first floor; it can get crowded, but it is very convenient.

I have stayed with the Hotel Mets brand several times, but this was my first time in Omori. Thanks to your efforts to accommodate my Room assignment request as much as possible before check-in, I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff also kindly supported me during the check-in process, so everything went smoothly without any major issues. The Room cleanliness and Facilities were what I have come to expect from Mets, and overall I was satisfied. In particular, I needed to use the internet in my Room for an online interview this time, and it worked without any problems. However, I felt the carpet design in the guest Room was a bit busy, and I would have preferred calmer colors and a simpler design. For foreign tourists like me, the Omori area feels a little far out, but since I was satisfied overall, I would consider staying here first if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

It was my first time staying in a capsule, but I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the service was. The place was very clean, and the other guests were well-mannered, so I had a comfortable stay. Being able to eat rice, miso soup, curry, and more for free is a great value. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.

We traveled from Tokyo to match my son’s first long weekend since starting his career. On an extremely hot day, having direct access from the station made things so much easier, and the original welcome drink really hit the spot in the cool lobby with a gentle aroma. From our new and spotless Room, we couldn’t stop watching the trains filling the window—both of us were captivated. In the morning, I chose the pho from the selectable mains; even after finishing it, it was a modest portion, so I could still fully enjoy the rest of the buffet. It was a short stay, but it felt more luxurious than the price suggested. I’d love to stay again if I get another chance.

I stayed here to catch an early-morning highway bus from Busta Shinjuku. As with my usual capsule stays, I brought drinks and snacks, but there was no need. In the shared lounge, I could relax in a chair with free drinks, and several kinds of alcohol were served at night. Late-night snacks such as ramen and ochazuke were also provided, so I had nothing to worry about. I was able to unwind in the large public bath and sauna and recover from my fatigue. Breakfast, including curry rice, was also available, so I could depart with peace of mind. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

I stayed for one night starting on Saturday. There is a covered walkway along the building from the station to very near the Hotel, so it’s fairly easy to get around even on rainy days. The lemonade in the guest lounge was pleasantly tart, blue, and delicious, though it felt a bit limited that only donuts and rice crackers were available. It may be ideal as a casual regular stay.

This was my third stay. These days, this is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Tokyo. The club lounge has many international guests, yet it’s very quiet and relaxing, so you can truly unwind at a leisurely pace. I almost forgot it was the Obon holiday period. All of the food served was refined, and they even had my favorite smoked salmon—I was delighted. Some of the staff remembered me and provided very attentive service. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

The unit bath was a bit dated, but I had a comfortable stay. I had plans in Ginza the following week, so I booked another Hotel in the same group with confidence.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

I could tell there were thoughtful touches throughout, with comfort and convenience well considered. What impressed me most was the breakfast—especially the spice curry and croissants. They were delicious. The second best part was the smiles of the front desk team and staff. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation.
