With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

The location is ideal for visiting the National Stadium. When I checked out early the next morning, they kindly stored my luggage. After I returned once my errands were done, I told the front desk that I had left something in my Room, and they responded quickly, politely, and very pleasantly. The housekeeping staff had neatly placed a note together with the item in a bag, which made me feel this is a trustworthy Hotel. Thank you very much.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

Both the location and the Room quality are excellent. It is quiet, and once you are in the Room you cannot hear the noise of the city, making it an ideal environment to relax and recover from fatigue. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and it is a comfortable Hotel. Most guests are international travelers, so it feels almost like being abroad. There is a convenience store on the first floor; it can get crowded, but it is very convenient.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

A Hotel directly in front of Oimachi Station and integrated with a large commercial Facility. It was clean, functional, and comfortable. There were no complimentary amenities such as toner, cleansing oil, or lotion, but it was reasonably priced and I was satisfied. Thank you.

This was my first stay here! The front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique blend of urban convenience and nature, and the large public bath was excellent. We were able to relax together as a family. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

This was my third stay. These days, this is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Tokyo. The club lounge has many international guests, yet it’s very quiet and relaxing, so you can truly unwind at a leisurely pace. I almost forgot it was the Obon holiday period. All of the food served was refined, and they even had my favorite smoked salmon—I was delighted. Some of the staff remembered me and provided very attentive service. I would love to stay here again. Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

This is truly one of my favorite Hotels, directly connected to Osaki Station with excellent transportation access. This time I had plans in Omotesando and also went to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Yurakucho, and the location was perfect for getting around. The price including breakfast was a great value. As I always mention, if there were just one more something at breakfast, I think I would like it even more. More Hotels are putting extra effort into their breakfast these days, so please consider it.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. I stayed here to attend an event at another Hotel in Roppongi. Since it’s a Mitsui property and the Reviews were good, I chose this place—and it was even better than I expected. I arrived before noon and went to leave my luggage, but my Room happened to be ready, so I was able to check in right away. I really appreciated that. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take only what you need, which felt efficient with no waste. There’s also a coffee machine in the lobby, and tea is available as well. Rooms at central Tokyo Hotels are often small, but this one was about 26–27 m² and felt spacious. There was also a sliding door that could separate the vanity area from the Room, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

It’s the best in so many ways. I live in Shin-Yokohama, and because I work in customer service, I sometimes get worn out from being around people. So I stay at Fuji View Hotel to relax and recharge. If only the Onsen were great, I could just come for the Onsen, but the meals are delicious as well, and the staff’s attentive yet not intrusive service lets me truly rest and unwind. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.
