We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

It was a quiet, relaxing, and stylish Accommodation. From the Setagaya-Daita ticket gate, the lush green path felt like arriving at a sightseeing spot you wouldn’t expect to find in the city center—it was wonderful. The late-night ochazuke and breakfast were both delicious, the Room was spotless, and I slept soundly—an amazing staycation. I worried the bath might be crowded if there were day-use guests, but it wasn’t at all; both at night and in the morning I had it all to myself, which was great. It was very clean as well. There is no cleansing oil or face wash in the bath area, so be sure to bring your own from your Room. I couldn’t make it to the tea lounge or bar because I was already full, but everything looked delicious. My child happened to be quiet so it was fine, but since this is a calm Accommodation, energetic kids might stand out. I didn’t see many families with children. Also, there are shoji screens in the Room, so if you have a child who might tear them you may feel on edge during your stay. At meals they provided a child’s chair and cutlery for us, which was extremely helpful. Going far for an Onsen can be tough, but here you can relax and enjoy an Onsen and great food with satisfaction comparable to an Onsen resort—right in central Tokyo—so I highly recommend it!

I live within an hour of the Hotel, but I find it a hassle to travel out of town, so I have been familiar with your Hotel since its days as Miyako Hotel. Every year I stay at your Hotel and spend quiet time without going out, reading magazines and relaxing. The housekeeping and bed-making are excellent, and it is very comfortable. I will visit again.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

The Room was too dark and difficult to use, and it was disappointing that there was no information on how to use the parking lot. I think the front desk staff handled things well.

A unique vacation rental featuring a one-room apartment with a private bathroom on the upper floor provided an enjoyable stay. Check-in is self-service, using a code sent in advance to open the key box. The second floor includes a bed, mini kitchenette, and toilet, while the third floor offers the same space but features a shower, bathtub, and sauna—an unusual layout. The third-floor bathroom experience felt more enjoyable than spending time in the second-floor room. The kitchenette on the second floor mainly consists of running water; cooking is not possible. Optional items like an induction heater were casually placed under shelves. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or mugs available for warm coffee during wintertime. However, there was a wine cellar-style refrigerator with plastic glasses stored inside—perfect for enjoying a drink after bathing. Quirky furniture placement like an oddly positioned sofa and slightly small double bed added charm to this fun accommodation experience. Lastly, neighboring creative individuals (including some foreigners) were noisy outside until 3 AM; though I considered calling the police due to their disturbance, my partner slept soundly through it all while I endured sleeplessness. As an aside: there's what appears to be a FamilyMart nearby but turns out it's actually a 7-Eleven (open from 7 AM to 11 PM), so take note!
