We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Both the location and the Room quality are excellent. It is quiet, and once you are in the Room you cannot hear the noise of the city, making it an ideal environment to relax and recover from fatigue. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and it is a comfortable Hotel. Most guests are international travelers, so it feels almost like being abroad. There is a convenience store on the first floor; it can get crowded, but it is very convenient.

All of the staff left a truly great impression and were wonderful. I was very satisfied with the Facility and the meals as well. Since it’s right in front of Jingu Stadium, getting around was extremely easy. The only thing I’d like to see improved is that the large public bath was too hot to stay in for long. (Since there are two tubs, it would be nice if the temperatures could be adjusted.) There were children as well, so I felt a bit sorry for them. Everything else was perfect, so I plan to stay here every year when I come to watch baseball games. Thank you very much.

The Hotel Room was very spacious, with a sitting area and large paintings, which allowed me to relax and feel at ease. I had an online interview to secure a new project, and I was so impressed by the elegant Room that it put me in a confident mindset. Perhaps because I took the interview calmly, I was told, “Perfect.” The spaciousness of the Room brought peace of mind, and I was extremely satisfied. The balcony had a table and chairs, there was also a TV in the bathroom, and the ceiling featured special curved woodwork that made it feel like being on a ship. I was able to spend truly meaningful time here. I look forward to staying again.

I have stayed with the Hotel Mets brand several times, but this was my first time in Omori. Thanks to your efforts to accommodate my Room assignment request as much as possible before check-in, I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff also kindly supported me during the check-in process, so everything went smoothly without any major issues. The Room cleanliness and Facilities were what I have come to expect from Mets, and overall I was satisfied. In particular, I needed to use the internet in my Room for an online interview this time, and it worked without any problems. However, I felt the carpet design in the guest Room was a bit busy, and I would have preferred calmer colors and a simpler design. For foreign tourists like me, the Omori area feels a little far out, but since I was satisfied overall, I would consider staying here first if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

Maybe it was because of a sale, but I was really lucky to stay in a quiet, spacious single room for 6,800 yen just a few minutes from Kamata Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the West Exit, and the bathtub was large for a Business Hotel. The desk and TV were at a comfortable distance from the bed, which made it easy to work. Thank you very much—I’d like to stay again.

I made a Reservation for a Standard Twin, and they upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. It was only for one night, but the Room was spacious and clean, and I didn’t want to check out early in the morning. I’d like to stay here again when I have business in Shinjuku. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to Yokohama Arena. Breakfast was served at an Italian restaurant, so we could enjoy both Japanese and Italian dishes. It was quiet and relaxing.

The location is ideal for visiting the National Stadium. When I checked out early the next morning, they kindly stored my luggage. After I returned once my errands were done, I told the front desk that I had left something in my Room, and they responded quickly, politely, and very pleasantly. The housekeeping staff had neatly placed a note together with the item in a bag, which made me feel this is a trustworthy Hotel. Thank you very much.

I stay here every time I visit Sanrio Puroland. Since the bath and toilet are separate, I can relax in the tub and soothe my tired feet, so I always bring bath salts with me. The Room is spacious, and I always add breakfast—especially the bread, which is delicious. I plan to stay again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I visited again after about a year, and as expected, many things had been improved. There were new systems related to cleaning, and even small touches like having tissue paper in the washroom. From the start, it was already a very convenient Hotel—with an amenity buffet, separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin in the bathroom—and I also loved how pleasant it was to be greeted by every staff member I passed in the building. On top of that, after check-in, when I asked at the front desk for extra towels, they arranged for additional towels every day during my stay. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention. Once again, it was a very satisfying stay!

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

I stayed for two nights to attend events in Yokohama and Tokyo. The location was convenient, with easy access from both Haneda Airport and the nearest station, Shinagawa, making it easy to get around. It was also great that I could choose as many amenities as I needed, such as basic skincare (SEKKISEI) and tea. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. This Hotel is perfect for a trip focused on going out on your own.

It was my first time staying in a capsule, but I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the service was. The place was very clean, and the other guests were well-mannered, so I had a comfortable stay. Being able to eat rice, miso soup, curry, and more for free is a great value. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.
