We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

The Hotel Room was very spacious, with a sitting area and large paintings, which allowed me to relax and feel at ease. I had an online interview to secure a new project, and I was so impressed by the elegant Room that it put me in a confident mindset. Perhaps because I took the interview calmly, I was told, “Perfect.” The spaciousness of the Room brought peace of mind, and I was extremely satisfied. The balcony had a table and chairs, there was also a TV in the bathroom, and the ceiling featured special curved woodwork that made it feel like being on a ship. I was able to spend truly meaningful time here. I look forward to staying again.

All of the staff left a truly great impression and were wonderful. I was very satisfied with the Facility and the meals as well. Since it’s right in front of Jingu Stadium, getting around was extremely easy. The only thing I’d like to see improved is that the large public bath was too hot to stay in for long. (Since there are two tubs, it would be nice if the temperatures could be adjusted.) There were children as well, so I felt a bit sorry for them. Everything else was perfect, so I plan to stay here every year when I come to watch baseball games. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to Yokohama Arena. Breakfast was served at an Italian restaurant, so we could enjoy both Japanese and Italian dishes. It was quiet and relaxing.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I visited again after about a year, and as expected, many things had been improved. There were new systems related to cleaning, and even small touches like having tissue paper in the washroom. From the start, it was already a very convenient Hotel—with an amenity buffet, separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin in the bathroom—and I also loved how pleasant it was to be greeted by every staff member I passed in the building. On top of that, after check-in, when I asked at the front desk for extra towels, they arranged for additional towels every day during my stay. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention. Once again, it was a very satisfying stay!

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

When staying in Tokyo, I often choose Hotel Monterey Akasaka for both business and leisure, and I always feel comfortable and at ease when staying in Akasaka. This time, I stayed for one night with a friend on a private trip. The entire Hotel has a calm atmosphere, the facilities are well maintained and clean, and once again I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spotless and relaxing, which always gives me peace of mind every time I stay here. Above all, the staff were exceptionally courteous, making my experience pleasant from check-in throughout my stay. No matter when I visit, they welcome me warmly, and their thoughtful attention to detail is one of the reasons I like this Hotel so much. The location is also excellent—very convenient when I have plans around Akasaka—and after returning to the Hotel, it’s quiet and easy to unwind. It’s a Hotel that feels easy to use for both work trips and personal stays. Once again, I was able to relax comfortably and am very satisfied with my stay. In the past my husband usually made the Reservation(s), so this is my first time writing a Review. Thank you as always for welcoming me so kindly. I would love to stay here again whenever I visit Tokyo.

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

It was my first time staying in a capsule, but I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the service was. The place was very clean, and the other guests were well-mannered, so I had a comfortable stay. Being able to eat rice, miso soup, curry, and more for free is a great value. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

The location is ideal for visiting the National Stadium. When I checked out early the next morning, they kindly stored my luggage. After I returned once my errands were done, I told the front desk that I had left something in my Room, and they responded quickly, politely, and very pleasantly. The housekeeping staff had neatly placed a note together with the item in a bag, which made me feel this is a trustworthy Hotel. Thank you very much.

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

I stayed here to catch an early-morning highway bus from Busta Shinjuku. As with my usual capsule stays, I brought drinks and snacks, but there was no need. In the shared lounge, I could relax in a chair with free drinks, and several kinds of alcohol were served at night. Late-night snacks such as ramen and ochazuke were also provided, so I had nothing to worry about. I was able to unwind in the large public bath and sauna and recover from my fatigue. Breakfast, including curry rice, was also available, so I could depart with peace of mind. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

Maybe it was because of a sale, but I was really lucky to stay in a quiet, spacious single room for 6,800 yen just a few minutes from Kamata Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the West Exit, and the bathtub was large for a Business Hotel. The desk and TV were at a comfortable distance from the bed, which made it easy to work. Thank you very much—I’d like to stay again.
