I used the room almost just for sleeping due to my delayed return, but the additional linens and other items I always request were prepared, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. As I mentioned last time, since I stopped being a member of the Royal Park, I have been able to enjoy

We were also able to use the Sky Bath and enjoy complimentary items from the refrigerator. A gentle aroma drifted through the building and our Room, which felt wonderful and truly relaxing. The furnishings were chic and unified in calm tones, and even the glassware was lovely.

I also used the round-trip limousine bus from Haneda Airport. The room came with two bottles of mineral water. The bath amenities were from an Italian brand with a scent similar to Bvlgari Pour Homme. This is a fantastic hotel that I would love to visit again in the future. Thank

Both the rooftop and the room offered great views of the airplanes, and the bathroom was clean with a bathtub and washing area, which was very satisfying. If I were to be picky, although there were many mirrors in the room, a hand mirror would make it easier to do makeup and get

The Hotel was clean with nothing to complain about. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s only 7 minutes to Airport Terminal 2—excellent access. I didn’t use it, but there is also a free shuttle bus from the Hotel to the airport. I’ll definitely

Conveniently located with easy access to both Keikyu and JR (Tokyu) lines, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly, providing excellent service, and the guests also seemed to be of a good nature. Quiet and comfortable

The next morning, I went straight to Haneda Airport first thing, checked in my luggage with the airline, and then headed into Tokyo—super convenient! The Room was spacious with a deep bathtub. Unusually for a Business Hotel, there was also a relaxation room equipped with a fre

The service was good, and the room size and bathroom size were quite satisfactory for a hotel in Tokyo. However, the refrigerator was not working well, and the drinks that were supposed to be chilled were not very cold. Also, the checkout was at 12 o'clock, which allowed for a le

I used this place for an overnight stay before going abroad. The room was very clean, and having the toilet and bath separate was very pleasant. The room's amenities were simple but easy to use and clean. Breakfast was free, and there was a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport,

During my stay as well, all staff members were attentive and offered reassuringly polite service with frequent check-ins. Being able to receive consistent quality service across the whole country is truly wonderful. I would love to choose this accommodation again when stayi

The service was polite and attentive. The Room had a different atmosphere this time—brighter compared to the darker tone during my previous visit. I enjoyed reading comics while using the coin laundry. It was convenient to get a taxi to Kamata Station quickly. I would love to sta

The breakfast options are simple but enjoyable as you can eat leisurely in your Room. I appreciate having a washing machine in the Room and often choose Tokyu Stay for this reason; I would love to stay here again. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive—thank you!

I had a double reservation, but I was offered a free upgrade to a twin room as there was availability. Lucky and surprising! Thank you very much. Even though I checked in late at night, the service was excellent, which made me feel at ease. I would love to use this service

I always use this place for an overnight stay before domestic trips. The cleanliness of the Room, its adequate size, and the large TV are all very satisfying. Additionally, it is conveniently located near JR Kamata and Keikyu Kamata for easy access to Haneda Airport the next day.

You can also see people leisurely enjoying fishing and cycling (it's nice that there aren't too many people), and just watching them makes you feel relaxed. Of course, the morning walk was great. The breakfast also had a lot of local products, and I was happy with the multigrai

The Room was well cleaned, and daily housekeeping was done properly. The pajamas provided were comfortable and felt high quality. The coffee machine and ice were available at any time, and there were also matcha lattes and cocoa; I could add ice to make an iced latte. Coming back

You can choose your own coffee and amenities, and the security is solid, so you can stay with peace of mind. One thing I would like you to consider is the mineral water service. The response of the free shuttle bus driver was also excellent. I would like to stay again and enjoy H

The Indian chef's curry, naan, mango lassi, and chai were all very delicious and more appetizing in the morning than Japanese or Western food. The refreshing moderate spiciness of the vegetable curry was particularly delicious. The butter chicken curry was also tasty. I wou
