We recently stayed at Third with two dogs (a small dog and a medium-sized dog) and four adults. The Room was spacious enough, the garden was large enough for the dogs to run around, and while the pool is a bit small, it was still plenty big for four adults. The meals were more than generous and very satisfying. There were plenty of tableware and cooking utensils, which we appreciated. We were also happy to find pet pads as well as bowls for food and water. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we were satisfied with almost everything. If I had to mention one thing, the furniture—such as the sofa in the living room and the chairs in the garden—felt a bit inexpensive, which made it harder to fully relax. I hope this area can be improved. Overall, we were very satisfied. There are many similar Facility options, but many still have restrictions such as requiring dogs to stay in crates; this is a truly dog-friendly Facility. The price is a little high, but it feels worth more than that value-wise. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

An unbelievably low price of 6,000 yen during the Obon holiday period. At this price, you can swallow a few complaints. Best for people who just want something cheap and don’t care about the details. Not suitable for couples or families. - After arriving at the Hotel, we were told we couldn’t use the large public bath. A nearby Onsen was already closed, so we used the Room’s unit bath. Hot water did come out properly. - The Room is old and feels a bit scary. - Breakfast is basically a free add-on: only a little bread, rice, and a small amount of side dishes. The miso soup tasted like it hadn’t been checked. - The staff were pleasant; I just wished the owner would improve things a bit more. It was fine because I stayed with friends. If it had been with family or a partner, the mood would have dropped…

I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but when I spoke with the front desk on the day, they changed it right away. Their service was excellent, and I would like to stay again. Also, since it’s right by the station, it was easy to get to many places.

We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our grandson's 2nd birthday. The spacious layout was more than enough for five people, and we were thrilled with the large outdoor area. The barbecue facilities, bath, sauna, and open-air bath were all spotless and perfect. The couple who welcomed us were incredibly kind, making our stay very pleasant. At night, we even enjoyed a snowy (sleet) view as a delightful surprise—likely the first snow experience for our grandson. Thank you so much for everything!

Delicious meals. For breakfast, Japanese dishes such as TK-tei’s signature egg-over-rice. The eggs were so fresh you could pick up the yolk with chopsticks. In the evening, we reserved a BBQ with plenty of seafood—squid, shrimp, clams, and turban shells—and of course lots of meat too. We enjoyed splitting firewood, cutting green bamboo and halving it for somen noodle flowing, trying the wood-fired pizza oven, and the dogs ran around the dog run and napped on the grass. At night we made a campfire using the firewood we split ourselves. We heard there are wild rabbits and muntjac deer around, so we took flashlights for a nighttime adventure. It was very windy that day so we couldn’t see them, but we could sense animals nearby. There’s an outdoor sauna (swimwear required), but we forgot ours—so my husband and grandchild went in wearing underwear…and said they felt completely refreshed afterward. The radishes from the garden were much tastier than just picking one yourself and taking a bite straight away. We also found lots of four-leaf clovers. It felt like being kids again—our whole family enjoyed every moment of our 2-night, 3-day stay.

It was our first time glamping, so we were a bit nervous, but we had a very comfortable stay. The parking area had a noticeable animal smell, but the Room was well air-conditioned and easy to relax in. The kids really enjoyed interacting with the animals, so I highly recommend it for families with children who love animals.

While planning our Golden Week trip, I happened to be drawn to the place name and this Accommodation’s name and made a Reservation. This is an Accommodation created by restoring a traditional old house, and this time we stayed in a Room renovated from a storehouse. Right after making the Reservation, I noted that we would have a wheelchair user, and I truly appreciated your courteous call in response. Thanks to that, we were able to arrive feeling at ease on the day. Staying in a storehouse was a first-time experience for us, and the delicious farm-to-table breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were wonderful. The great-value selection of wines was especially irresistible for wine lovers. I also loved how the original structure blends with the renovated elements—personally, I’m fond of glasswork and fittings—so this place was filled with delightful details. I also learned that “Roven,” the Accommodation’s name, refers to their signature roll cabbage dish being slowly finished in an oven. It was an exceptional dish that completely changed my idea of roll cabbage—I want to eat it again soon. Even though it was Golden Week with crowds and traffic everywhere, Otaki Town felt unhurried; it has that nostalgic “good old Japan” hometown atmosphere—a town where you can truly feel “many great joys,” just as its name suggests. We’re very grateful for everyone’s kindness. Next time, we’d like to stay longer—explore more of town and ride the Isumi Railway as well. On our way home, my husband and I found ourselves happily talking about when we should return next time with our family. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night and two days as a family, and we also had two dogs with us. The dogs stayed by the entrance the whole time, but since we could see them when we opened the sliding doors to the Japanese-style room or living room, we felt reassured and were able to relax. We were able to use the BBQ facilities without any issues and had a wonderful time. It was very convenient to pass ingredients in and out through the kitchen window. The washer and dryer allowed us to wash and dry our laundry on the same day, which was extremely helpful. The owner also told us about a fireworks festival, so we were able to watch it at night—it was beautiful, and there were food stalls too, which made it even more enjoyable. We were also deeply touched that we received handmade coasters from the owner for free. Our daughter and son purchased handmade book covers as well, and we will cherish them. There were six of us plus two dogs staying together, and it became a truly wonderful memory for our family.

While searching for a way to create memorable experiences during our long-awaited trip back home, we came across this beautiful Green Villa. Although everything was new to us—moving in, handling procedures, and even cooking on an electric stove which took more time—we managed through the chaos as beginners. Our grown-up children helped with the BBQ and seemed to enjoy themselves, making it a truly wonderful memory for all of us.

This was my third BUB location after Yatsugatake and Tsukuba, and at every site the crew are energetic and upbeat—it’s always overwhelming in a good way. Also, there’s no time to pack or change clothes; activities run nonstop. The kids stay totally engaged and never get bored. The cottages cost more, but I recommend them. With tents, you have to go outside to use the toilet at night even in heavy rain or strong winds, so it looked tough for the tent guests. Note that pajamas and a body wash towel were not provided, so please be aware of this. I recommend bringing a change of clothes, swimwear, and rain boots. The meals were just right—not too many options and not too few—and it was nice to have local Chiba items like clams, peanuts, and pear wine as well. I heard BUB will be opening a new location in Minakami (Gunma), so I’d like to visit next time.

I stayed here for the first time for one night in Chiba. As it is a container-style accommodation, I noticed the floor was slightly hard and a bit cold, but the air conditioning worked well, and the interior was clean and comfortable. Frozen light meals were provided, which were quite satisfying. The twin room felt a bit cramped when spreading out luggage, but overall, I was satisfied with the affordable price.

Staying here after playing golf was very helpful when planning the next day. However, the Room lighting is dim and the TV is small, so it’s hard to see from the bed. It may be a bit difficult to use for work in the evening or later.

We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. The heated pool was especially fantastic, allowing the kids to play without worrying about the weather. We were also very pleased with the BBQ dinner, which required no preparation and could be enjoyed hands-free. The ingredients were delicious, and we had a great time together. We would love to stay again!

My sister and I stayed here the night before a golf trip, and it was amazing! From the outside it looks like a castle, so we wondered what kind of Hotel it would be, but the Room was spotless, the bath was spacious, and the front desk staff were truly wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was exactly to our taste... It was such a great place that we even promised each other, “Whenever we stay the night before again, we’ll definitely choose here!” We caused trouble by making various mistakes and even getting locked out of our Room, but you handled everything so politely without showing any annoyance—thank you very much. You also helped us with a forgotten item for a separate matter, and we can’t thank you enough. We look forward to staying with you again!

I had no issues staying overnight and was able to spend my time comfortably. Due to the building’s structure, I could hear sounds such as running inside the room late at night, so those who are sensitive to noise should be aware. (I rated it 3 stars because the shower is standard and only light snacks are provided.)

As this is a simple Hotel, it can’t be helped that the room is small, but I wish the bathroom and toilet area had been a bit more spacious. The bed and main room were excellent. It was comfortable.
