In Chikura Town, Minamiboso City, Chiba Prefecture, there once stood a learning space called "Seizansou," a retreat for a national elementary school, where the smiles of children were cherished.Time passed, and in 2019, the memories of the graduates who studied here came together, transforming Seizansou into "Chikura Tsunagu Hotel."A place that connects people with the nature and culture of Chikura. And a place that continues to connect the memories of children.Not just a place to stay, but a gentle learning space for families to experience, create, and encounter.At the "Chikura Tsunagu Farm" within the Property grounds, you can harvest seasonal vegetables, or try harvesting sugarcane grown by Kibi Lab, a company located at the northernmost limit for sugarcane cultivation in Japan, and enjoy freshly squeezed juice. It takes about 30 minutes by car from Tomiura Interchange in Minamiboso City, Chiba Prefecture to reach our facility. There is a beach right in front, and during the summer season, you can go to the sea in your swimsuit directly from your room! When you return, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower in the parking lot. After that, if you get hungry, you can enjoy a BBQ in the evening with grilled meat, yakisoba, grilled corn, and more. Even if it's not the swimming season, you can enjoy rock pooling and shell gathering on the beach, and there are many tourist spots nearby. It takes about 50 minutes by car north along the coast to the famous Kamogawa Sea World, and about 7 minutes south by car to the Nojimazaki Lighthouse at the southernmost tip of Chiba Prefecture. From the bench set on top of the rocky area there, you can have a 180-degree view of the blue sea and sky all to yourself! You can also see the sunrise and sunset. Please sit for a day and see for yourself (laughs). On holidays, there might be a line, so please share with others. Furthermore, from our facility, it takes about 45 minutes by car along the coast (about 25 minutes if not driving along the coast) to reach Tateyama City, where you can visit the Gyogyo! "Nagisa no Eki Tateyama" with the honorary stationmaster Sakana-kun Gallery. It's fun. Also, at our facility, you can enjoy unlimited YouTube Premium and U-NEX, allowing you to relax in your room. Our facility provides beds for up to 6 people as standard, but since there are double beds available, Child Sharing Existing Bedding is possible, allowing up to 9 people in Yuunagi and up to 10 people in Asanagi (Asanagi has 4 double beds). If there are more than 6 people, we have towels prepared for the number of people, so it would be helpful if you could let us know.
