On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

I have stayed at a wide range of Hotels throughout The whole country, from budget Hotels to luxury Hotels, and among Hotels in this price range, this one is without a doubt No. 1 in terms of hospitality and dinner. The quality you get for this Accommodation Fee is truly outstanding. [What I liked] Hospitality & service: As attentive as a luxury Hotel. Not only the front desk staff, but also the housekeeping staff greeted me politely and elegantly when we passed in the hallway, which made my stay very comfortable. Dinner: The bento prepared after ordering was freshly made, extremely delicious, and generous in variety—I was very satisfied! Room & cleanliness: The Room and unit bath were kept clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the breakfast venue also felt very clean. (Breakfast itself felt like a standard buffet.) [What I noticed] I was slightly bothered by the smell of the sanitized cups. Wi-Fi: To be honest, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and not usable. I strongly recommend that future guests prepare pocket Wi-Fi or mobile data. There were only a few minor points I noticed, but they were far outweighed by the excellent hospitality and dinner quality. I would definitely like to stay here again!

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay—enjoying donuts in the lounge, working up a sweat at the gym, then heading back to the lounge for some snacks. The bathroom was comfortable, with a separate washing area. The staff were also very courteous. I’d love to visit again.

Although it was the day before a typhoon, we had a very comfortable stay. The cute duck in the bathroom was very soothing. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here for a family celebration. Although we arrived much later than planned, you responded quickly and prepared our meal without delay. The Room was very spacious and clean, and we had a very comfortable stay! The bath and sauna were also excellent! The food was delicious! When we contacted you about breakfast, you came right away. We apologize for the inconvenience during your busy morning hours. Breakfast was also very tasty! We would definitely like to stay again!!

Great location (about a 3–5 minute walk from Chiba New Town Chuo Station), good staff service and explanations, well-equipped Room, and a nice bath. The only thing I noticed was breakfast. I appreciated that they refilled the menu items and kept the plates and tongs clean—and everything really was clean—but it felt a bit excessive. Do they need to do it over and over? Sorry to put it bluntly, but it got in the way while trying to eat. The food and selection were good.

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

I stay here about once a month. The staff and everyone I meet at the Hotel are very kind, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay in the Room.

It was wonderful. It’s close to Shin-Narashino Station, and Makuhari Messe is just two stops away. It also seemed like many guests were visiting TDR. Despite that, it was very affordable, and I was able to stay in a clean Room. After a standing concert, it was such a pleasure to soak in the warm large public bath. Since space is limited it does get crowded, but even back in the Room there wasn’t a weak hair dryer—there was the same type as in the large public bath. Even though I washed my hair quickly to free up the washing area sooner, it dried smooth and silky right away. The front desk staff were kind, and although I’m sure it was simply because availability allowed, I really appreciated being assigned a Room on the same floor as the large public bath—such thoughtful attention to detail. Having separate floors for men’s and women’s baths also made me feel safe. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again if I visit Makuhari Messe.

This is my usual Accommodation, and it feels very comfortable. Both the bed and the Room are great. I even did some laundry. I’ll stay here again in the future.

Upon entering the lobby, we were welcomed by a large aquarium and a spacious lobby, which felt wonderful. I stayed in a universal room with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and she was happy that she could relax and bathe comfortably. The staff were also courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant.

I stayed in a twin Room with my daughter. The toilet in the Room had weak water flow and wouldn’t flush in one go, so we had to be careful when using it. The front desk staff were polite, and it was nice to have a large public bath, so this was disappointing.

Free unlimited drinks. The amenities are well stocked. The Hotel is quiet, so it’s great for a solo stay! Men are on the 8th floor and women are on the 9th floor. Both floors require a wrist key to enter, so it’s safe even for women traveling alone. There is also a smoking area on the 7th floor where the front desk is located. The capsule area is quiet and dark, so I slept well. I’d like to stay here again.

I chose this property for its excellent location close to my destination. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also appreciate that they kindly accommodated my rather bold requests. Breakfast was great too—I was happy to have a satisfying Japanese-style meal. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

The price was reasonable, and the location was great, with plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so it was very comfortable. The Room felt clean, and the bathtub was large, so I could stretch out and relax. If I had one request, having a sofa, a microwave, or a small table would have been convenient for breakfast.

The foreign staff at the front desk were friendlier and more pleasant than the Japanese staff. The Room and amenities were neither particularly good nor bad. I didn’t use the pajamas because I don’t like changing into them, but the coffee machine is available except late at night. The shower head kept rotating, making it hard to keep it facing forward; I hope this will be improved. Hot water came out quickly. The Wi-Fi worked properly.

Even if the building is a bit old, the warm hospitality more than makes up for it. The front desk staff even played along with my dad jokes. Above all, the slightly older lady at breakfast was cheerful and attentive—she made me feel like saying, “Alright, let’s do our best today!”

I stayed here for a live event. Several staff members assisted me, and everyone was consistently friendly, polite, and helpful with everything—from storing my luggage before check-in (they even took it to my Room), lending amenities, check-in, and check-out. With more Hotels moving to automated check-in, I was impressed by how attentive the staff were at this Business Hotel. The Room was also clean, and I had a very comfortable stay for two days. Although I requested a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes when I entered. I opened the window and turned on the ventilation fan and air purifier, and the smell eventually went away. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so you can enjoy a relaxed stay. The Hotel in front of the station is easy to find, and there are many restaurants around it, which is very convenient. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.
