I stayed at this Accommodation last year and again this year, and it was truly the best once again. This year, the pool even had a large float big enough for adults to relax on, making it fun for both kids and adults. With a sauna, BBQ facilities, and a garden where you can practice golf as well, you can fully enjoy summer without leaving this Accommodation, so we were able to spend a relaxing holiday. Also, the spotless Room and the wonderful hospitality—welcome drinks like plenty of beer and water, plus ice cream and snacks—were exceptional. I would love to stay again next year.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! Thank you as well for your thoughtful kindness toward our children at dinner—they were delighted and finished everything…! We would love to visit again.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

Spending time at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean view was truly soothing, making it easy to forget everyday life and fully unwind. Rather than packing your schedule with sightseeing, this villa is perfect for those who want to slow down and simply enjoy being here. While the exterior is not flashy or luxurious at all, the rooms are very stylish and spotlessly clean, and both the food and service were excellent—we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family trip with seven people was very relaxing. We also brought two dogs, and they had plenty of space to run around. Since we weren’t sure about the local garbage disposal rules, we did basic sorting and left the rest to the host. We’d love to stay again next time.

There were several flies in the Room, and the shower drainage was slow, which was a bit concerning. It would have been better if insect repellent was placed in an easily noticeable spot! The atmosphere and location were excellent. Sunset Beach was breathtaking. The terrace bathtub kept the kids entertained, while adults could enjoy a relaxing BBQ. The large BBQ grill was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed in a mixed dormitory Room with bunk beds. In addition to the front lobby, there were other spaces where I could relax, and every interior had a stylish atmosphere—staying only one night felt like a waste. Thanks to that, I was able to see Mt. Fuji at sunset. The staff—a kind handsome man and a cute woman—were very attentive, and it was an Accommodation where I felt safe even as a solo traveler. Thank you very much. If I may be greedy, it would be nice to have an electric fan in the shared washbasin area outside the shower room—just my personal thought. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Accommodation.

A single-story vacation rental located close to Hojo Beach, just a block away from Seven-Eleven. The Facility is clean, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Toiletries like toothbrushes and bath towels are well-provided, making it comparable to a Hotel—only missing items are yukata or pajamas. Meals are not included, but for our family who loves exploring local restaurants during trips, this was no issue at all. In one word: Perfect! If I may add a suggestion—it would be amazing if the air conditioner could be cleaned before summer (haha).

We stayed for one night with the Plan that includes a BBQ dinner. As described, there was an excellent selection of dog amenities. We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Tateyama in March was colder than we expected, and we realized we hadn’t prepared well enough. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully. Walking along the coast during our morning walk is also a moment we’ll always remember.\nThank you very much.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! Following last year’s stay, I loved the large public bath, the meals, and the Room here, so I came back again. The Onsen temperature is gentle on sunburned skin and feels incredibly relaxing—I ended up soaking four times this trip! And the dinner portions—everything was delicious, with a very generous serving per person, so I was completely satisfied. The Room has been renovated and is beautifully clean. I also personally love the view from the Room. The seaside in front of the Hotel is a great place for a morning walk.

We stayed as a group of four men without meals. The male staff at the accommodation provided excellent service. The room was a 6-tatami mat room in an annex with some age, but it was well-cleaned and satisfactory. The view from the entrance was beautiful, with clear weather allowing us to see both Mt. Fuji and Oshima Island. Next time, we would like to stay with meals included!

It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. A good accommodation for people to stay. However, for dogs, it lacked features such as a well-maintained dog run, beds at a height easy for pets to get on and off or with stairs/sofas, and exterior designs with pet illustrations. It fell short as an accommodation specialized for dogs.
