A historic Ryokan established in the Edo period, located midway along the famous "Stone Steps Street" of Ikaho. The main building is a "Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan." You can choose your Room from the western wing built in 1920 with cypress wood or the western wing renovated into a modern Japanese style. There are various bath options, including open-air baths, large communal baths, private baths, and rooms with onsen, all of which can be enjoyed with free-flowing hot spring water.It is also known as the inn loved by the poet Noguchi Ujō, and there is a space where you can feel his works and history. Additionally, it is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to the stone steps street, making it convenient for strolling around the onsen town. An evening stroll in a yukata is also recommended, allowing you to experience a different onsen atmosphere from the daytime.The guest rooms range from standard types with a Japanese ambiance to rooms with onsen, offering a variety of types. Additionally, the Facility is equipped with private baths, karaoke, manga, mahjong, table tennis, and other entertainment facilities that can be enjoyed for free.
