Around Phoenix Golf Club × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

It was great not having to worry about parking, and the room was clean. This time, for some reason there was a stink bug, and it took some time to deal with it, but I managed to get it out.

This is a repeat stay. Every year, avoiding the Obon season, I travel to Moka City to visit family graves, then stop by here on the way back to Kanagawa. This Hotel is calming and relaxing, with soothing views of Bannaji Temple. It’s quiet, and although breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of side dishes, it’s delicious and satisfying. I will stay again next year. Thank you in advance.

This was my first time using it. I have used nearby chain Hotels several times, but I chose this one because it is closer to my destination. It was very good. Above all, the response of the front desk staff was excellent. Also, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast as they were delicious. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

With a breakfast buffet included, right near the station, just before Silver Week, getting a room in the ¥6,000 range (and even under ¥6,000 if you use points right away) is unbelievable. And it’s not “cheap and nasty”—everything is properly taken care of—so I have no complaints at all. Here are my impressions. [Room & Amenities] No issues! The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t posted in the room, so I had to go to the front desk to check it. Being able to see the station platforms from my room was a big plus for a train fan (lol). [Staff & Service] Nothing to complain about! [Hot Spring/Bath] Typical business-hotel size. I’m used to it. No particular complaints. [Facilities & Equipment] Nothing stood out inside the building. It’s one minute from the station, but it doesn’t really stand out at first glance—I had to look around a bit. [Meals] I think the breakfast buffet is high quality! They even had their specialty himokawa udon and fu-ni (wheat gluten simmered dish). I was very satisfied. It looked like they were open for dinner too, but it felt a bit hard to walk in casually—I wanted to try the sauce katsudon. [Overall Satisfaction] A great hotel at an affordable price. Thank you very much. If you’re planning to take an early-morning ride on the Watarase Keikoku Railway, this is a must-pick option!

I was impressed by the view from the 10th-floor room—seeing the familiar scenery around Ota Station I always use felt completely different. The self-serve coffee available from 6:30 a.m. was much appreciated. I checked in at 10:00 p.m. and it was a short stay, but I was able to relax comfortably. Thank you very much. (I rated it 3 stars because I did not use the Onsen.)

The front desk staff were polite, kind, and provided clear explanations. We were offered American coffee at check-in and check-out, and it was refreshing and delicious. The Room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Ashikaga.

I stayed for one night and two days. The facility was very clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Although the distance from the station is a drawback, the value for money makes up for it. I would love to stay here again!

Although I booked this Hotel at short notice, the front desk service was excellent. It is close to the station, and the Room felt comfortable like a studio apartment. The toilet and bath are separate, which made it very relaxing.

Great value for money and very clean.

With free frozen meals and complimentary coffee, you can keep extra spending down, making it feel like a great value beyond the room rate. Since the rooms are container-style units, you don’t have to worry about noise from neighboring walls, and they’re very convenient. It’s also reassuring that parking is guaranteed. If I had to mention anything, the seasoning of some frozen meals didn’t suit my taste, and the suggested heating times weren’t very reliable.

I stayed with my wife and daughter. There is a parking lot next to the Hotel, with direct access. Great location—right outside the Hotel there are a convenience store, restaurants, and izakayas nearby. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The explanations were also thorough. Our Room was on the 5th floor of the annex building. It had four beds, and the bed width was generous and comfortable. The toilet, shower, and bathtub were separated, which was very convenient. We ordered breakfast; the rice was just okay, but the curry was delicious. There were no soup options. It’s nice that the drip coffee machine is available 24 hours a day.

This was my second stay on a room-only plan, and with a family restaurant and a drugstore nearby, finding food and drinks is no problem. The room does not have a bath or toilet, but there is a shared large public bath and toilets; if you don’t mind that, it’s very satisfying. I will stay here again.

What I liked The entrance and the entire building were bright and clean. The elevator operates with a key card. The bathtub/shower and sink faucets are separate. The TV has a large screen. Amenities include a body-wash towel. Since it’s close to the station, the parking lot is a little farther away, so it’s reassuring to check the location in advance. (The staff kindly guided me.) Overall, including the price, it was a very satisfying Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

Conveniently located near the station. The front desk staff were courteous, and I appreciated the calm atmosphere. The room was also clean. I didn’t have breakfast because I had an early morning, but I’ve had lunch here before and it was delicious, so next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included.

This is a Hotel converted from shipping containers, but the interior was clean, there were no strange odors, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. Another advantage is how close it is to the parking lot, and since it doesn’t share walls with neighboring Rooms, I didn’t have to worry about noise from next door. One minor point: because the walkway is connected to the container units, you can hear some footsteps when guests walk by, but it didn’t bother me much. One frozen meal is included for free; I chose pilaf and it worked well for breakfast. The unit bath, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and other amenities were all fine with nothing in particular to complain about. The Room isn’t large, but given today’s circumstances I really appreciate the affordable pricing. Considering the price, I think it’s a great value Hotel. (My rating takes the price into account. Since it’s inexpensive, you shouldn’t expect too much.)

It felt safe being able to park my motorcycle right in front of the Room. There is also a Welcia and a convenience-store-like shop nearby, so you can do some shopping. The Room was clean and comfortable.

The Room is always clean, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast is also delicious, and this is my go-to Accommodation.

One night during a midsummer cycling trip. There are supermarkets and izakaya pubs nearby, making it a very convenient location. Although there is no designated bicycle parking, I was told I could park wherever I liked, and when I parked a little farther away, they kindly suggested I park closer because they were worried about tampering.

I stayed here for most of September. Since it’s a container unit, I was worried about noise. During heavy downpours, it was so loud that I couldn’t hear the TV, but other noises didn’t bother me. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and I had a comfortable stay.

With its convenient location right in front of the station and smooth self check-in/check-out, I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast with a view of the Watarase River was very satisfying. Although the Facility is not new, it has been renovated and well maintained, so I felt no discomfort at all. The complimentary water and Yakult were much appreciated. There aren’t many dining options nearby, so if you’re checking in late, it’s convenient to pick up supplies at the Daily Store in front of the station ticket gates.
