In Ikaho, we are one of the few hot spring Accommodations where you can enjoy two types of waters: “Kodakara-no-Yu,” traditionally said to be beneficial for women; “Kogane-no-Yu” (Golden Hot Spring), said to be good for recuperation; and “Shirogane-no-Yu” (Silver Hot Spring), said to promote health. With only 4 rooms, the fewest in Ikaho, our Property ensures a relaxing stay for our guests. Each room is uniquely designed so that even if you visit us four times, you can enjoy a completely different experience each time. For dinner, we offer "Joshu Obanzai," where you can choose from three main dishes. Our Onsen features two distinct baths themed around wood and stone, available for private use. A nostalgic, gentle, and tranquil space and time... yet with a touch of modernity. We welcome you with the unique "hospitality" of a small-scale Ryokan that values the perfect balance of closeness with our guests.

You can enjoy five different baths and seven unique tubs, all available for private use. Meals are served in "Roan," a completely private dining area with a hearth at each table, where you can leisurely savor charcoal-grilled dishes and local cuisine.

“Kura-no-Yu,” a renovated Meiji-era storehouse bath, offers a lukewarm soak in our private 36°C natural hot spring, along with guest Rooms set within a traditional Japanese house of white plaster and black lacquer finishes. Each Room is equipped with a massage chair, and we welcome you with relaxed, unobtrusive hospitality. Furnishings, antiques, calligraphy, and paintings are displayed throughout the property, creating an atmosphere like an art museum. The property located by the shores of Akaya Lake features seven non-smoking rooms, all with lake views, and boasts the gentle Sarugakyo Onsen flowing directly from the source. From the windows, guests can enjoy seasonal scenery and views of Akaya Lake, experiencing a tranquil time away from daily life. In the spacious Japanese-style rooms, dinner includes a creative Japanese kaiseki meal full of seasonal flavors, and breakfast is a traditional Japanese meal. The traditional Japanese garden also offers different delights with each visit.
