Yuno-yado Joetsukan is a five-room Ryokan nestled along the Tone River. We offer high-quality service and heartfelt hospitality, including free-flowing hot spring water direct from the source, kaiseki cuisine served course by course, and magnificent views from your room. Enjoy sommelier-selected wines and local sake, and at our private on-site café “Ume no Mitsu,” we also serve body-friendly handmade sweets such as gateau chocolate. A Hotel with Onsen Open-Air Baths in Every Room All guest rooms face the Tone River, nurtured by the blessings of nature, and are designed to be simple and tranquil, allowing you to fully experience the colors, scents, breezes, sounds, and air of the natural surroundings. Enjoy a peaceful moment while taking in the murmuring of the river and the ever-changing scenery. Inside the rooms, you can relax comfortably without shoes, and the bed sizes are spacious enough for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! We also offer triple rooms, perfect for trips with close friends or girls' gatherings. Essential amenities are available in the lobby lounge, along with a variety of rental and purchase items. The large public bath features a modern auto-loyly sauna. At the restaurant, we serve dishes made with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients!

We offer a "Full Order Style Dinner," where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes served one by one, unlike buffets or all-you-can-eat options. Each dish is crafted with the quality of fine Italian cuisine by our former Executive Chef of Palace Hotel Tachikawa. “Kura-no-Yu,” a renovated Meiji-era storehouse bath, offers a lukewarm soak in our private 36°C natural hot spring, along with guest Rooms set within a traditional Japanese house of white plaster and black lacquer finishes. In 2023, we carried out a major renovation of Fujiya Ryokan—one of the highest-rated properties in Minakami Town—based on the concept of a Hotel you can enjoy even after check-in. Surrounded by the vast nature of the Minakami UNESCO Park, the scenery changes with every season. The Tone River flows alongside the Hotel, offering soothing valley views, and Mt. Tanigawa can also be seen—an exceptional setting for your stay. Minakami’s Onsen is known for its high quality and gentle feel. Unusually for this area, our Facility does not recirculate the water; we are committed to 100% free-flowing natural hot spring water so you can truly experience its quality. Our on-site facilities include a large public bath, a panoramic open-air bath, an amusement space for both adults and children, a projector bar, an in-house drink bar, and more. We also offer free dress rentals so you can take memorable photos as part of your special getaway. All beds are 160 cm wide or larger, and we carefully selected comfortable mattresses to help relieve travel fatigue—so you can enjoy a fulfilling time inside the Hotel as well. Our dinner buffet is popular for seafood including crab, shabu-shabu, Chinese cuisine, and all-you-can-drink options.
