We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro. Thank you very much.

The view from the Room was wonderful, and the meals were delicious—everything was excellent. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a little more time to use the bath at a relaxed pace. I will visit again in a different season. Thank you for your hospitality.

The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

I’m a repeat guest every time. It’s conveniently located near the station, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The free breakfast (light meal: toast) is delicious as well. It’s quiet and I can sleep comfortably. I’ll stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful Hotel from start to finish. The Room uses a PIN code system with no key, so it was very convenient to go out without having to carry a key around. In the evening, alcoholic drinks were all-you-can-drink (free). It was a shame the large public bath didn’t have an open-air bath, but it was clean and the alkaline Onsen water was excellent. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and I was very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful services—being able to choose your pillow, and free coffee and drinks available at all times. What makes this Hotel stand out is how they thoroughly reduce operating costs within what guests can reasonably accept—such as shortening breakfast hours to about two hours, asking guests to help with tidying up, using PIN codes instead of keys, and not handing out unnecessary amenities—and then use those savings to enhance guest services like free drinks and alcohol overall. I felt this approach significantly increases satisfaction. I admired how well they strike that perfect balance where you feel like thinking, “They do so much for us—so we can do this much in return.” I would definitely like to stay again.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

I was very satisfied with both the Room and the service. I arrived by car and initially wondered if it would be inconvenient to park at the east exit even though the Hotel is at the west exit, but it turned out to be very convenient. Since I used the station when coming and going, it was easy to buy souvenirs or return extra luggage to my car smoothly. It was disappointing that guests cannot make a Reservation for parking (as the lot gets crowded on weekends, I thought it might be difficult to park again after leaving during a Multiple Night Stay), but I would like to stay here again next time.

The location was excellent, close to Takasaki Station. It had been a while since I used a non-card key, so I was a little confused at first, but the Room was clean and comfortable. There are also plenty of parking lots nearby, so it seems convenient even if you drive. Breakfast was delicious as well. I will consider staying here again when I visit Takasaki.

We stayed with six people, including infants. The Hotel features a spacious, open lobby, and the Room was also clean. Best of all, being able to enjoy the Onsen in the Room was amazing. The water felt silky and slightly slippery, leaving our skin soft and supple. All of the meals were delicious, especially the vegetables and curry. The staff were very kind to our young children, making it an easy and comfortable stay. We would love to visit again.

Conveniently located at a reasonable distance from the station, allowing guests to enjoy Christmas illuminations on the way back after a concert. The front desk staff provided polite and excellent service. The hotel is cozy, and both the late-night ramen service and large public bath can be used without crowding. It is a safe choice for women, making it my preferred stay across various locations. A practical Hotel that feels like a mix between a Ryokan and a Business Hotel.

This was my first stay for the Takasaki Fireworks Festival. It was close to the venue and also near bars, so I would like to stay again. I felt the price was reasonable, and I had a great time. I was also worried about parking because of the fireworks festival, but there was a dedicated Hotel parking lot available, which was very helpful.

It’s easy to carry luggage from the parking lot, so I’ve stayed here many times.\nThere is a coin laundry, which is convenient for golf trips.

The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The entire Hotel, including the Room, was clean and very nice. I would like to stay again.

I stayed on a weekday. Amenities were available to pick up next to the front desk, and there was a good selection. I personally liked that they had bath salts and black tea bags. The Room was also very nice, with plenty of outlets—six in total (one USB type). The bathroom was spacious as well, which helped me recover from travel fatigue. I also appreciated being able to check in from 2:00 PM.

I made the Reservation on my mother’s behalf, and she said it was close to the station and the meals were delicious. It was a last-minute plan, but I was glad to book at a reasonable price.

This was my first time staying at a container Hotel, including a Multiple Night Stay here and another one in Kofu. The air conditioning worked properly, and the Room was clean and tidy. There’s no large public bath, of course, but I’m fine with the unit bath—I like relaxing in the tub while watching videos on my phone. Coming and going from the Room is easy without worrying about others, and since the parking lot is right in front, loading and unloading luggage is simple. It was actually quieter and more comfortable than a typical Hotel. Meals are limited to frozen bento only, so it feels very basic. If your main goal is simply to rest your body, it’s more than sufficient.

It had been a while since my son and I had the same day off, so we stayed here after work the day before our holiday. Since we might have gotten stuck in traffic on the expressway and arrived late, I had set a later check-in time, but we ended up arriving earlier than expected. The male staff member at the front desk was extremely kind and courteous. There was a bath in the room, but we took advantage of the large public bath instead. Since it was late, it wasn’t crowded and we could relax and unwind. Breakfast was buffet-style, with more than enough variety for me. On our way to Kusatsu and Ikaho, I was looking for a Business Hotel where we could check in even late at night and enjoy a large public bath, so this location was easy to find and very convenient. The other staff were friendly as well, and I’d like to stay again. Highly recommended for an after-work stay.

Our first Shinkansen trip together as a couple. We chose this place because we wanted to go somewhere surrounded by nature. It was close to the station, and while it had a touch of the past, it felt nostalgic and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious—we both ate so much we thought we overdid it. The Onsen was wonderful, and we were very satisfied, wondering if it was really worth this price. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Honestly, I felt the Room was a bit small. However, with breakfast included and a large public bath available, the value for money is excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming at check-in, and I had a pleasant stay. (This rating also reflects their neat appearance and warm smile.)
