Our Accommodation is a hot-spring inn for guests aged 20 and over.In the early Meiji era, the 14th-generation proprietor, Yoshishige Fukuda, opened a new annex in Ikaho, Joshu—“Oku Ikaho Ryotei Kaichoro”—distinct in character from the family’s long-established Accommodation.In “Kaichoro,” “Kai” signifies tranquility, and “Cho” expresses our wish for guests to spend their time at ease; with this hope, we chose the name.From our carefully crafted cuisine to refined traditional Japanese-style Rooms and high-grade Rooms with an emphasis on design, all Rooms feature a private open-air bath. We also offer a spa and reservable private open-air baths, so you can fully enjoy your stay.

Nestled at the foot of Mount Haruna, Joushin no Sato Hibikino stands in the historic Ikaho Onsen. Spanning approximately 15,000 tsubo, the grounds feature gardens and pathways adorned with seasonal flora. Within the warm and inviting interiors, savor exquisite cuisine crafted by the head chef and indulge in the two renowned hot springs of Ikaho Onsen, "Golden Water" and "Silver Water." Experience the changing seasons of nature up close while soaking in the famous hot springs of Ikaho and savoring creative cuisine made with seasonal ingredients. From the Room with a stunning view, you can gaze out at the distant mountains and be soothed by the changing colors of the sky from morning to evening. The spacious public bath offers a refreshing experience with a magnificent view of the seasonal Haruna mountains and the gentle murmur of the Yuzawa stream flowing from the hot spring source.

A new style Ryokan was established in Isobe in July 2022. This is a new style Ryokan designed for those who prefer a more casual travel experience rather than the extensive services of a traditional Ryokan. Enjoy a private space with an entire Property reserved for your stay. The Property features a spacious living room, three different types of bedrooms, a ping-pong Room, a board game Room, and more, all packed into one luxurious private space. Equipped with a wooden deck, soft Kyoto Wasarashi cotton pajamas, and ReFa hair dryers, your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. With the tableware, cooking utensils, and hot plates provided at our Property, you can enjoy activities like a barbecue or takoyaki party. While you are welcome to prepare or bring your own meals for dinner and breakfast, we also offer a Plan where you can have barbecue ingredients, including meat directly delivered from the local "Hagiwara Meat Shop" to your Room on the day of your stay. For breakfast, we can provide a popular colorful bagel sandwich and drink set at the attached café. Starting November 2024, we have introduced a private sauna, available free of charge for our guests. The "Misa Sauna Stove" used in the sauna is directly imported from Finland. Unlike the high-temperature dry saunas commonly found in Japan, we have adopted a Finnish wet sauna style, where water is poured over heated sauna stones. This gentle and wet Finnish sauna experience can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. Conveniently located just an 18-minute train ride from Takasaki Station and a 2-minute walk from the station, you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

The elegant single-story “Mitsuba Residence” is a renovated historic villa, offering warm, family-run hospitality. The sunroom and living room feature games, toys, and a table tennis set, so family and friends can enjoy memorable time together. Isobe Onsen is just 4 minutes away by car—perfect as a base for sightseeing. Located about 20 minutes by car from Ikaho, Maebashi, and Takasaki, and 10 minutes from the nearest Komayose Interchange.Reopened after renovation in 2023, we offer a clean and spacious setting.On the first floor, there is a large studio of approximately 80 m². With sound equipment, lighting, and streaming gear fully provided, it can be used for a wide range of purposes such as live performances, instrument practice, concerts, dance lessons, yoga, meetings and training sessions, and parties.On the second floor are four Rooms accommodating up to nine guests.The entire building can also be rented exclusively, making it suitable for group retreats.You can also enjoy barbecues and fireworks in the spacious outdoor parking area.Many sightseeing spots are nearby—including Ikaho Onsen and Lake Haruna—so there is plenty to explore beyond a single visit.Please enjoy a quiet moment here along with your sightseeing.
