I think the Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called out to me. The staff were chatting among themselves the whole time. There was also no explanation that towels for the public bath were provided in the Room. If they are going to give a lifeless, monotone explanation, then a self check-in machine would be fine. They should learn from front desk staff at other Hotel properties. Other than the front desk staff, there were no issues.

The Hotel and rooms feel a bit dated, but it was quiet and I slept soundly. Breakfast included, unlimited manga reading, and included alcohol and soft drinks were very helpful. I will stay again.

The Room was small, but it was very good. The breakfast was also delicious.

From the nearest station, cross the children’s park and you’ll arrive without getting lost. I was excited to try the local ramen at the shop right in front, but it was closed for a regular day off. Stopped by on the way to Flower Park—drawn in by the high ratings—and it was well worth the detour. Everything was excellent; a rare find for such a quiet area.

I stayed here again following last year. From check-in, the staff welcomed me with friendly, familiar service. I accidentally left my music player behind the bedding, but they called me and kindly arranged to send it back. Thank you very much.

The Room was clean, and the amenities were well provided. I ate out, so I didn’t have a meal here, but you can choose one free frozen bento from four types! Since I didn’t need a meal, I had ice cream instead. There is also free coffee service! You can park your car right in front of the Room, which was very convenient! If I have the chance, I’d like to stay here again!

My late wife used to stay here often, so I stayed for one night this time while attending her memorial service. I stayed in Room 212. The air conditioning cooled well, but the operating noise was loud. Also, the remote control for the room lights did not work, and there were some lights that would not turn on even when using the switch. I recommend that these be inspected and repaired.

I stay here whenever I have business in Ibaraki, and I usually stay in the Annex building. The bathroom is spacious and very convenient. Amenities are provided, which is helpful. Breakfast is free and offers a good variety, so I’m satisfied.

I stayed for one night. The Room is a standard Business Hotel, but it had everything I needed, and the complimentary drink service was appreciated. Also, although you need to step outside to get there, it was great to have a large public bath with a sauna; it would have been even better if it were available in the early morning as well as at night. Breakfast was free, buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and very delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Koga!

It’s close enough for a day trip, so I’d never stayed in this area before, but this time I did. For this price, having breakfast included and five baths is beyond amazing. I didn’t expect much from the breakfast given the price (sorry), but it’s outstanding value for money. The staff’s guidance and hospitality were also excellent. I hesitate to leave a Review because it might make Reservations harder to get, but next time I’d like to try the evening restaurant too (it was closed on its regular day off). There are several Sano ramen shops nearby, so you can enjoy a ramen-hopping tour as well.

I stayed here the night before my trip. I had to work early the next morning, so it was very helpful.

I found this place while looking for somewhere to spend New Year's with my dog. The entire facility was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities for dogs, and the spacious dog run allowed my dog to run around happily! The BBQ offered a wide variety of meats, which was very satisfying! There was also a campfire event where we could enjoy marshmallows. Roasting marshmallows over the fire made them taste exceptional. Since it’s a villa, we could enjoy a private space and had a wonderful New Year's experience!

I stayed for one night on Saturday. I booked one non-smoking double Room, and it was convenient to have parking on the first floor. Even if the lot is full, there are coin-operated parking lots nearby, and there is a FamilyMart close by. Some of the staff are from overseas, but their Japanese is excellent and communication was no problem. The bathtub might feel a bit small for larger guests... Overall I was satisfied, so I would like to stay again.

As the facility includes an Onsen, I was able to spend a very enjoyable and comfortable time. I heard the tuna is delicious, so next time I would like to take my time and enjoy the meals as well.

This was my second stay. The building is old, but the Room was clean and well maintained. There is a large public bath and even massage chairs, so I think it offers excellent value for money. The breakfast selection isn’t very large, but everything was very tasty. It’s also close to the station, and there’s a convenience store and a fairly large supermarket within walking distance, so it’s suitable even for longer stays. It’s very quiet at night and the area feels safe. All of the staff were very kind. I would love to stay again.

It’s very conveniently located near the station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat is easy (though many are closed on Sundays). Surrounded by nature, the setting is wonderful as well. Thank you again for your hospitality.

My parents stayed here over the weekend and said, “This place again!”—they keep coming back. They came from out of town, and even though it faces a main road, it was very quiet. The building is a bit old, but it’s very well maintained and clean. The key is an old-style Showa-era type, but the front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was buffet-style with just the right variety, delicious, and they ate a lot. And at this price, we’re always grateful for your hospitality. We’d love to stay again when I bring my parents from out of town next time! Thank you again!

It was conveniently located near Sano Station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The building is old, but it was clean. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn’t have breakfast, which was a shame, but it looked delicious.

Just as described in the title. The Room was clean, the area was quiet, and there was coffee and light snacks—everything was great! We had children with us, and they enjoyed it too.

I have stayed at R9 series Hotels about 20 times and am very familiar with them. Staying in a clean Room is always nice. I plan to continue using them for overnight stays before golf and other activities.
