New building opened in 2019! Main building renovated and reopened in 2021! A Resort Hotel with an excellent location, just about a 3-minute walk from Karuizawa Station North Exit and about a 7-minute walk to the outlet mall, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. From 2023, three rooms—Standard Japanese-Western Room, Deluxe Japanese-Western Room, and Grand Room—have been certified as "Welcome Baby Accommodation" by Mikihouse Childcare Research Institute.
