The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful Hotel from start to finish. The Room uses a PIN code system with no key, so it was very convenient to go out without having to carry a key around. In the evening, alcoholic drinks were all-you-can-drink (free). It was a shame the large public bath didn’t have an open-air bath, but it was clean and the alkaline Onsen water was excellent. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and I was very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful services—being able to choose your pillow, and free coffee and drinks available at all times. What makes this Hotel stand out is how they thoroughly reduce operating costs within what guests can reasonably accept—such as shortening breakfast hours to about two hours, asking guests to help with tidying up, using PIN codes instead of keys, and not handing out unnecessary amenities—and then use those savings to enhance guest services like free drinks and alcohol overall. I felt this approach significantly increases satisfaction. I admired how well they strike that perfect balance where you feel like thinking, “They do so much for us—so we can do this much in return.” I would definitely like to stay again.

I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

The guest rooms, the Hotel facilities, and the dining—everything is wonderfully artistic. Before dinner, I joined an in-house art tour, which was fantastic; I really enjoyed learning about the Hotel’s history, the renovation process, and behind-the-scenes stories leading up to its opening. Dinner was outstanding—each dish by Chef Katayama was delicate, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the lounge both before and after dinner, with great drinks and snacks; the beef jerky was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and beer as well. Breakfast was a delicious Japanese meal made with ingredients from Gunma. This is a Hotel I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.

I stayed here recently while touring the Jomo Sanzan mountains. The Accommodation felt a bit dated in places, but it was very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The bath was on the small side, but perhaps because of the time I used it, I was able to relax both times without sharing it with other guests. I had been looking forward to dinner because the Reviews were so positive, and it lived up to my expectations—every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The presentation was also enjoyable, and it made me want to visit again just for the dinner. Above all, every staff member was pleasant and attentive, which left a strong impression. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and am very satisfied overall. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

I was able to enjoy my stay again this time with no complaints. Some people may have different opinions, but I was personally satisfied.

I stayed here for the first time this February and returned because it was such great value for money. I think the price including breakfast is excellent. There is no shower in the Room, but there is a large public bath, and the front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. However, there are few convenience stores or places to eat within walking distance, and the parking lot was gravel rather than asphalt.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a clean, easy-to-use Hotel. The moment I arrived at my Room, I couldn’t help saying out loud, “Dormy Inn really is great,” and felt relieved. My friend who came with me felt the same way. There are so many good points: how practical the Room is, the spacious desk and sink area, the brightness, the large public bath Onsen, having all the necessary amenities, and breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options served in small dishes that are easy to pick up. The only disappointing thing this time was that the coffee didn’t taste good. Also, the door to the women’s public bath was left open. I would appreciate it if you could improve these two points. I was very satisfied with both the Room and the service. I arrived by car and initially wondered if it would be inconvenient to park at the east exit even though the Hotel is at the west exit, but it turned out to be very convenient. Since I used the station when coming and going, it was easy to buy souvenirs or return extra luggage to my car smoothly. It was disappointing that guests cannot make a Reservation for parking (as the lot gets crowded on weekends, I thought it might be difficult to park again after leaving during a Multiple Night Stay), but I would like to stay here again next time.

The location was excellent, close to Takasaki Station. It had been a while since I used a non-card key, so I was a little confused at first, but the Room was clean and comfortable. There are also plenty of parking lots nearby, so it seems convenient even if you drive. Breakfast was delicious as well. I will consider staying here again when I visit Takasaki.

I stayed one night at Bells Inn Maebashi on a gourmet trip to Gunma. The large public bath and breakfast were both great. I’d like to stay here again next time.

Free parking, a large public bath, complimentary breakfast, and pajamas provided. Conveniently located next to the station, with dining options and a supermarket nearby. A clean Facility. The only drawback was that 2 of the 3 coin-operated laundry machines were out of order, so there was a wait to use them.

We slept comfortably even as a couple! Breakfast was healthy, and the unique menu felt fresh and different from anywhere else. If I could make one request, I’d love to have options like natto or eggs. There were also various complimentary drinks available during our stay, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. We had a comfortable stay with the double bed and loft bed. My son and I used the large public bath; since it’s only available for men, we didn’t have high expectations, but it pleasantly surprised us—the bathroom was clean, and my son was excited. The homemade-style breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much.

I’m a repeat guest every time. It’s conveniently located near the station, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The free breakfast (light meal: toast) is delicious as well. It’s quiet and I can sleep comfortably. I’ll stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

While looking for a Hotel to stay at after visiting Kiryu Boat Race Track, I found a No Meals Included Plan and made a Reservation. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated being able to choose a later check-in time. When I called to request an earlier check-in due to my schedule, the staff responded cheerfully. The bathroom was clean, and although the Room felt a bit dated, it was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. There was also free on-site parking. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Because there are a few steps at the entrance, it was difficult to carry my suitcase up, but the free parking makes it a great choice for guests traveling by car. The staff were also very helpful.

This was my first stay for the Takasaki Fireworks Festival. It was close to the venue and also near bars, so I would like to stay again. I felt the price was reasonable, and I had a great time. I was also worried about parking because of the fireworks festival, but there was a dedicated Hotel parking lot available, which was very helpful.
