Tanigawa Onsen, nestled beneath the majestic Mt. Tanigawa. A Japanese-style Ryokan, “Minakami Sanso,” stands quietly by the clear stream of the Tanigawa River. From the 4th-floor lounge “Usuyukiso,” Mt. Tanigawa reveals its beauty in every season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—inviting you to a peaceful time filled with rich travel charm.

This is a modern Ryokan at Shima Onsen, popular among women. It features a large public bath and three private open-air baths that can be used multiple times for free. Check-out is at 12 PM, making it ideal for those who wish to relax in the morning.
