We were completely satisfied with both the facilities and the meals! On top of the mountain, we noticed a smoky aroma—it turned out to be a campfire. We toasted marshmallows, and inside there was complimentary champagne service. The French cuisine was delicious, and we really enjoyed the wine. We were especially impressed by how tender the main beef dish was. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One small thing: it would be nice to have power outlets near the bed, and I also wished the mirror area were a bit brighter for easier use. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to stay again.

I stayed here again, as I did last year. This time, I split my stay into two parts: 2 nights and then 3 nights—first on the east side, and the last 3 nights on the west side. The west side is better. I plan to stay here again next year.

I chose this hotel because my daughter and I wanted to enjoy lots of delicious food together. We were very satisfied with the shabu-shabu and sushi (there were three types). There was also a good selection of alcohol, including beer, sours, wine, and several kinds of sake. The view from the room was amazing, and the open-air bath had an incredible view as well—it felt wonderful. This is a hotel I would love to visit again.
