Please take this into consideration when making your Reservation. The entrance is auto-locked, but staff will respond promptly via the intercom. We believe this provides good security. Unlike full-service Ryokan or Hotels, our Property offers a unique atmosphere, resembling a villa with a resident manager and chef.At our Property, guests are encouraged to wear loungewear instead of yukata. You are welcome to dine in your loungewear or casual clothes, whichever you prefer. In Oku-Nikko, there is a risk of snow and ice from mid-November, so if you are arriving by car, please equip studless tires or inquire about road conditions by phone. As it is located within a national park, snow removal is conducted perfectly 24 hours a day, so you should have no issues arriving as long as your car is equipped with studless tires.
