This is not a Business Hotel that focuses only on functionality, like you find in every city. Nor is it a city Hotel competing in glamour and luxury. By pursuing what makes Tsukuba unique, we have created a truly comfortable Hotel for adults. An exterior reminiscent of being carved from Tsukuba’s fertile earth; an open atrium entrance hall with earthen walls that evoke a cave; guest Rooms inspired by water, soil, and the morning sun; view baths with vistas of Mt. Tsukuba; spacious Rooms designed for unhurried relaxation; large beds to soothe you after research or conventions; and universal design that allows wheelchair users to feel at ease even when traveling alone... Enjoy understated quality—an adult Hotel born in Tsukuba.

Nestled in the lush nature of Mt. Tsukuba, Kamenoi Hotel Tsukubasan is an Onsen Accommodation renowned for its breathtaking panoramic views over the Kanto Plain and high-quality natural Onsen, celebrated as a “beauty bath.” The highlight is the open-air “Infinity Rotenburo,” where you can take in magnificent scenery from the mountainside. Enjoy a blissful moment of relaxation as the sky and Onsen seem to melt into one. Guest rooms range from classic Japanese-Western style rooms and luxurious rooms with scenic-view baths to popular kids’ rooms and dog-friendly rooms where you can stay with your beloved pet—offering something for everyone. Enjoy your ideal getaway.
