The opening of Yuno Hama Onsen dates back to the Tenki era (1053-1057), tied to the legend of a giant turtle and a fisherman. Blessed with the natural scenery of the Sea of Japan and its bountiful seafood, it has developed since ancient times as one of the three delightful landscapes of Oshu.
