The calm atmosphere was very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the meals at a leisurely pace. The private open-air bath was also great for unwinding, though the distance to the washing area is something to consider. The Morioka Sansa Odori dance we were shown and got to watch was wonderful as well.

Conveniently located in front of the station with a convenience store on the first floor, a comfortable Room, plenty of amenities, and courteous service—I was very satisfied. The much-talked-about breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to Morioka’s three famous noodle dishes, I could also enjoy pho. Everything was delicious. The staff seemed highly capable and managed the dining area smoothly. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.

I go on hot spring trips twice a month. This was my first time here, and I was extremely satisfied. The entire property, including the room, was kept very clean, and all the staff were kind. Both the large public bath and the changing area were very spacious, and the view from the open-air bath was wonderful. The water temperature was comfortable, so I could soak and relax for a long time. There’s also a sauna—and the cold plunge pool was ice-cold, which made me as a sauna lover absolutely thrilled! The only slight downside was that some foreign guests were talking loudly in the bath for a long time. I wanted to spend my time quietly. The meals were more than enough for someone with a small appetite like me. The dining staff were very kind and friendly, so I had an enjoyable time. I was also happy to receive access to a private bath and drink service through the Diamond Member benefits. This is definitely going to be one of my repeat stays. Thank you very much—I’ll be back.

Whenever I return home, I try to stay here whenever possible. The room is always clean and well maintained, so I can relax comfortably. I especially love the silky hot spring—it's my favorite! I go in as many times as I can. I'd love to stay here again on my next visit home.

I stayed in a Premium Twin Room. The Room’s interior and atmosphere were wonderful, and I was able to relax comfortably. The jazz hall and sauna on the third floor were also very appealing, and I really enjoyed them. The staff at the front desk were also lovely and kindly accommodated my various requests. When I come to Morioka again, I will stay here again.

This was my first trip to Iwate, and I stayed here. It was close to the station, very clean, and I was extremely satisfied. I was impressed by how delicious the honey served at breakfast was. The staff greeted me with warm smiles—thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

I stayed here after reading the Reviews. The Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. It is directly connected to the station, so you can get around without being affected by the weather, and the front desk staff were quick to respond, making for a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.

Near Yahaba Station—an excellent location. My workplace is also nearby, so I stay here from time to time. Yahabaru (a small complex with several restaurants) near the station is also within walking distance. The Hotel’s welcome drink is, as always, outstanding. The meals are a great value for this price range. The sewage smell that used to be an issue has been resolved, and this time I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath.

I was amazed by the variety of the breakfast buffet! I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

I booked a single room, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was—more than I expected. Mount Iwaki was right in front of me, and thanks to the great weather, I enjoyed the view on both days. I’d love to come back to see the winter scenery as well.

Close to the station and very convenient. The Room was clean and well-prepared, making it very reasonable for the price. This time, I had an early departure, so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast at leisure despite the variety available, which was unfortunate. Next time, I plan to have a schedule that allows for a relaxed morning.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time because my daughter had a hospital appointment. The front desk staff spoke kindly, and although I had booked a smaller room, they upgraded me to a larger room at the same rate because one was available, which allowed me to rest and recover properly after a tiring day. As I was traveling without a car, easy access from the station was essential. The deciding factors for my stay at this Hotel were the shuttle bus service and the excellent Reviews of the Onsen. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I was truly impressed by the scenery from the window! The free-flowing natural hot spring water was also wonderful. Dinner was kaiseki plus a half buffet, and they kindly accommodated changes for ingredients I can’t eat. I honestly didn’t expect much from the Sansa Odori show, but it was thoughtfully put together—and I ended up completely captivated. It was fantastic. I even bought a Sansa Odori tenugui towel in town... One disappointing point: I don’t think the steam sauna was turned on. Please check!

This was my first trip to Iwate Prefecture. It’s far from home, so I hesitated a bit, but since I could use a municipal Discount Coupon, I decided to book—and I’m glad I did. I had seen a Review saying check-in took a long time, but for me it was around 3:50 p.m. on a weekday and everything went smoothly with no issues. The Room was new and impeccably clean. It was a Room with a semi-open-air bath, and I really appreciated having two bath mats and two thick bath towels per person. The tuna carving show was fun, and the food was delicious. What impressed me most was the excellent service. I wish I could give six stars! From the Shuttle Service driver from Morioka Station to the dining staff—everyone was polite and kind. The temperature of the open-air bath in my Room felt a little cool late at night, so at 5:00 a.m. I called the front desk even though I felt bad about it. They came to my Room right away without showing any displeasure and adjusted the temperature for me. They were so pleasant that it left me feeling warmly cared for, and it really stayed with me. The reason I rated “Guest room & amenities” as 4 is that there were no towels in the toilet area of the Room, and there were no shower caps or hair ties. For women who take multiple baths, these are essential, so please consider providing them. I’m truly glad we made the trip. Even my usually critical husband praised both the meals and how comfortable the Room was. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for giving us such wonderful memories. I would definitely like to stay again.

I decided to visit Shizukuishi Station using the “Dokoka ni Viewn” travel plan and discovered Hotel Aishinkan in Tsunagi Onsen. I stayed at its sister property, Hotel Shion, the day before, and then stayed at Hotel Aishinkan on the second day. What made me choose it was the Yakiniku Hige dinner course. The amount and quality of the meat were both very satisfying, and being able to enjoy authentic cold noodles was fantastic. The staff were also very pleasant, so I ended up ordering an extra regular portion of cold noodles and additional meat as well. My stomach and my heart were full. Because it’s all-inclusive, I could enjoy my favorite beer at the yakiniku venue without worrying about the cost. After a bath, I could also freely enjoy alcohol in the lounge, which had a wonderful atmosphere. At breakfast, beer was available even in the morning; while I felt the breakfast selection was a little limited, I had reserved the Onsen Liner for my return trip so I could relax and enjoy it without concern. I used the large public bath and open-air bath so many times I lost count—it was truly a fun trip. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but this is definitely one of the places I’d like to visit again.

This is my third stay, and I’m very satisfied. I’ll be back again.

We stayed with a Chinese dinner course and breakfast buffet included. The seasoning and flavors of the dishes were excellent, and we truly enjoyed them. The hotel’s location, room, and service were all very satisfying. We would love to stay here again.

It’s about a 15-minute walk from Morioka Station, and it makes for a pleasant stroll while enjoying the scenery and shopping streets. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and there’s also a FamilyMart on the first floor, so we had no trouble finding food and really enjoyed it. We’d definitely like to stay here again.

I arrived by motorcycle. At first, the parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but luckily there was an available space and I was able to park on the property. For breakfast, they served a local specialty—hittsumi soup—which was great and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

I stayed one night after climbing Mt. Iwate. The next day, I went to Hachimantai. Both at check-in and check-out, the front desk staff were very polite and pleasant. Thank you! There was also a coin laundry right in front of the front desk, which was convenient. I was really happy to be able to wash my hiking clothes. It only accepts 100-yen coins, so it would be even more convenient if there were a change machine nearby. Close to the station, affordable, and with Wi-Fi. It has all the basic necessities, and if you need anything else, there are shops nearby so you can buy it anytime. It was a bit disappointing that some outlets worked while others didn’t, but I had a mobile battery so it wasn’t an issue. The hair dryer had very weak airflow, like a toy. I felt uneasy because it seemed like the door could be opened easily from outside even when locked. Rooms near the front desk are fine, but other floors might feel a bit scary. Near the hotel is Kaiunbashi Bridge, where you can see Mt. Iwate beautifully!
