Around Niseko Village Ski Resort × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. The rooms are spacious, and the decor and furniture are tasteful, making it a very relaxing Hotel. Many of the staff members are from overseas, but they are extremely kind, attentive, and pleasant. Even those who aren't fluent in Japanese make an effort to communicate warmly. The Hotel's cozy size gives it a charming atmosphere that feels like being in a small town abroad. It was an enjoyable experience. The food is delicious but lacks delicacy; its dynamic style adds to the international vibe and makes it even more fun. I would love to stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were always smiling and did their best to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, but the rice at breakfast was too firm for me to eat... I think it’s just a matter of preference, but I ended up leaving some (sorry). If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
