Canal City Fukuoka Washington Hotel, celebrating its 30th anniversary this April, will reopen after renovation on September 1, 2026, to provide an even more comfortable stay for all guests. In this renovation, inspired by Canal City Hakata’s concept of “a city theater,” the design incorporates five motifs found throughout Canal City Hakata: water, valley, greenery, sun, and stars.
