About an hour from the city center and 10 minutes from the historic city of Kamakura, Riviera Zushi Marina, a marina resort with a 50-year history as one of Japan's premier marinas, spans 50,000 tsubo and features a harbor, restaurants, and various Facilities. Within this marina resort, a small luxury Hotel grand opened in March 2020. Surrounded by the Shonan sea, with a stunning location featuring a palm tree-lined avenue stretching straight ahead and a view of Mount Fuji beyond the vast ocean, the Hotel offers 11 all-suite rooms, each over 50㎡. Here, you can enjoy the luxury of "fulfillment"—a sense of contentment gained by staying leisurely at the Hotel, restoring your mind and body’s rhythm, and savoring the beauty of nature, as if visiting a high-end resort overseas.

Located near the Hayama Imperial Villa, in an exclusive residential area. A small beach, Sanga-shita Beach, lies between Morito Beach and Isshiki Beach. In 2015, "THE HOUSE" was established right in front of this quiet beach that feels like a private retreat. Step inside and experience a space that feels as if you're floating on the sea.
