Around Kyodo no Mori Park - BBQ Area × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

I used this place for the first time to meet a friend who lives along the Chuo Line. I chose it because of its high Reviews, and it made sense once I realized at check-in that it’s part of a karaoke chain I often use. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops along the way, so you won’t have any trouble. Plus, inside the Facility you can enjoy various light snacks and drinks for free, which was a big help during this hot season since I didn’t have to walk around outside much. There’s no elevator in the Facility, so going back and forth between the 1st floor (lockers) and the 4th floor (dining area) is a bit tiring, but it’s manageable—almost like good exercise. Loungewear and towels are freely available, and amenities are well stocked throughout, so there’s no need to bring extra items. The large public bath was more spacious than expected, and I was surprised they even had both a mist sauna and a tent sauna. For light meals, they served ramen and dashi ochazuke from late afternoon into the evening. Drinks included alcohol as well. In the morning there were curry and dashi ochazuke, plus pancakes and cereal. It also seemed like miso soup and the drink bar were available at all times during my stay. I’ve stayed in many capsule hotels before, but thanks in part to how considerate other guests were, this was by far the most comfortable capsule experience I’ve had—including both amenities and overall comfort inside. The price may be slightly higher than average, but service is attentive down to small details, so overall satisfaction is high. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance.

After check-in, it was great to have sweet potato chips, monaka wafers, and drinks such as sparkling wine in the lounge. They also poured iced coffee into my bottle, so I could relax in the Room and enjoy it while taking in the view. Since check-out is at 12:00, I was able to swim in the infinity pool and unwind in the jacuzzi as well. The Sorano Hotel I had been wanting to visit was amazing.

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and amenities. I was assigned to the ladies-only floor, and since it was on the second floor, it was convenient to go outside. I would like to stay here again if I visit Tachikawa in the future.

This was my first stay here! The front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

The large public bath was wonderful—I used it many times. Even after returning to my cool Room, I was sweating a lot and felt like my circulation had really improved. I drank the mineral water provided in the Room and then went back for another bath. The bed was very comfortable; while lying down watching TV, I ended up falling asleep early and slept soundly until morning. The bed was great, but I think it was thanks to the large public bath. I also loved how quiet the large public bath was—no music at all. Complete silence. It was perfect and very relaxing. Breakfast—the vegetable shabu-shabu—was incredibly delicious. A staff member told me, “The tofu is delicious,” so I tried it, and it really was amazing. The ginger and green onion condiments were also excellent. Thank you for the recommendation. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the chikuzen-ni (simmered vegetables) was tasty too. With plenty of vegetables plus the large public bath, bed, and breakfast—these three made me feel like my body had been restored. It’s a shame that YouTube can’t be watched on the TV, but everything else was great. I also used the in-Room bathroom; although it’s a unit bath, the tub was spotlessly cleaned and smooth, which made me happy. It felt very comfortable to use.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

This was my second stay. Once again, the Chinese cuisine was delicious, and the large public bath and open-air bath were wonderful. The view of Lake Tama is also very relaxing. I was impressed by the staff’s warm, friendly hospitality. I also enjoyed chatting with the gentleman on the breakfast staff. Since it’s close to home, I’ll keep coming back.

This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

The Room has been renovated. Each Room has a microwave. You can heat up prepared foods bought at Isetan or Kinokuniya in your Room. The refrigerator also has a separate freezer compartment. Ice cream is fine too.

As it’s a KDDI training Facility, I didn’t expect much, but it was spacious and clean, the food was delicious, and I liked it so much I could have lived there. It does feel more like a training Facility than a Hotel, but the generously designed guest rooms and minimalist interior were wonderful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a large park as well, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with our child. In terms of the Hotel facilities, I really appreciated being able to use the washing machine and dryer for free. I misunderstood the breakfast hours and arrived at the café 10 minutes before closing, so I could hardly eat anything, but all of the dishes looked delicious. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Puroland.

Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

Amenities were available at the front desk for guests to take what they needed. Perhaps depending on the check-in time, the front desk staff started offering welcome snacks such as chocolate and nuts. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

I stay here from time to time. It’s close to the station and very convenient. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk and other staff. Even though it was raining, they welcomed me warmly and kindly offered a free umbrella loan for the next day. The TV signal in the Room was weak and occasionally cut out. Also, when I first turned on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell, so I turned it off a few times because of that odor. On the second day, I could hear some people being noisy in the hallway, but I was still able to sleep well at night. Overall, I plan to stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, and I felt comfortable staying here.

My first stay at APA Hotel was truly relaxing, with the sauna, cold bath, breakfast buffet, and a great Room. 　The large bed and big TV were excellent. 　The 90°C dry sauna and the pleasantly mild cold bath at around 20°C were incredibly refreshing. 　The beef curry at the breakfast buffet had generous chunks of meat and tasted great. 　The location is also convenient—close to the station, with a convenience store and Don Quijote nearby, plus a train view of the Yokohama Line. 　I would like to stay again.
