Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.

I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

The large public bath was wonderful—I used it many times. Even after returning to my cool Room, I was sweating a lot and felt like my circulation had really improved. I drank the mineral water provided in the Room and then went back for another bath. The bed was very comfortable; while lying down watching TV, I ended up falling asleep early and slept soundly until morning. The bed was great, but I think it was thanks to the large public bath. I also loved how quiet the large public bath was—no music at all. Complete silence. It was perfect and very relaxing. Breakfast—the vegetable shabu-shabu—was incredibly delicious. A staff member told me, “The tofu is delicious,” so I tried it, and it really was amazing. The ginger and green onion condiments were also excellent. Thank you for the recommendation. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the chikuzen-ni (simmered vegetables) was tasty too. With plenty of vegetables plus the large public bath, bed, and breakfast—these three made me feel like my body had been restored. It’s a shame that YouTube can’t be watched on the TV, but everything else was great. I also used the in-Room bathroom; although it’s a unit bath, the tub was spotlessly cleaned and smooth, which made me happy. It felt very comfortable to use.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the late-night check-in process was smooth. It was also a plus that the large public bath had a sauna. Even with the cheapest Plan that included a buffet breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options, as well as desserts. I was also impressed that staff opened the lids to keep the food warm when I approached. I felt they provided great service despite limited resources.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.
