Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay.
