Bay Area (Universal Studios Japan · Nanko) × Hot spring × Highly-rated Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. I’ve stayed at various Universal official Hotels, and this one is the best. It’s one of the few places where a family of six can stay in one Room. All the staff are very kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The top-floor buffet offers food and service that exceed the price. I’d love to stay here again.

I stayed here the night before a certification exam. Even though I arrived late, they kindly assisted me, which I really appreciated! If I have plans nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much!!
