Despite the heavy rain and strong winds, you kindly accommodated us even before check-in time. Thank you as well for preparing dinner on short notice. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so the connection wasn’t very reliable, but we were able to relax in the Onsen. Thank you.

Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was very helpful. The meals were also very delicious, and we were very satisfied.
