The Natural Countryside Onsen Fukahori-tei is located in the heart of the Chikugo Plain, within a granary area. Upon stepping through the gate, you are greeted by seasonal trees and fruit trees on a 4,000-tsubo estate, leading you to a scenery that makes you forget daily life. The main building, renovated from an old house passed down for 180 years, is a space harmonizing historical beams with modern design furniture. Time flows peacefully and leisurely, evoking a nostalgic feeling as if returning to one's hometown.

A Property surrounded by nature at an altitude of 460m, where you can enjoy the seasonal landscapes. In spring, rhododendrons bloom, and in autumn, the vibrant colors of the leaves create a stunning view throughout the year. After relaxing in the natural Onsen, you can gaze at the star-filled sky from the open-air bath. There are cottages where you can stay with your pets, allowing you to enjoy walks in the great outdoors. The Property also features a natural Onsen with alkaline simple hot spring water sourced from 1600m underground, as well as an authentic charcoal-grilled barbecue area. The cuisine includes premium Hakata Wagyu beef raised locally and free-range chicken nurtured by the blessings of the local nature.

【Main Building】 The building, originally the former Akizuki Bank (now Fukuoka Bank), has been renovated and holds historical value. It is a traditional Japanese-style house where you can feel the charm of Japan's heritage. From here, you can enjoy a magical and beautiful garden as well as the stunning traditional Japanese countryside scenery. There are three Rooms, each equipped with a private toilet and bath. Additionally, the shared living room, connected to the three Rooms via a hallway, is equipped with a kitchen. 【New Building】 This is a newly constructed two-story apartment Hotel. On the second floor, there are three Rooms, each with a terrace. From the terraces, you can view the terraced rice fields and flowers of the former samurai residence area. During certain seasons, you can also see fireflies dancing along the nearby river. The first-floor kitchen is professional-grade and includes a living and dining space as well as a spacious open terrace. It is possible to rent out all three Rooms in the New Building (maximum capacity of 9 people) or to rent both buildings (Main Building and New Building) entirely for a group (maximum capacity of 16 people). Within the premises, there is the Akizuki Castle Town Brewery, where you can experience the Akizuki Craft Beer Workshop using the famous spring water of Akizuki.
