At the foot of Mount Zozu, overlooking the historic Kotohira Shrine, affectionately known as "Konpira-san" since ancient times, stands the Kotohira Grand Hotel Sakuranoshou. In April 2020, the "Hatsune Premium" rooms with private open-air Onsen baths were opened.
