The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The late-night meal Plan was also excellent, and everything was delicious. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Mt. Konpira, and I’ll recommend it to my friends. Thank you for having us for our one-night, two-day stay.

I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

We stayed with a large group, gathering relatives from Ehime and the Kansai area. For our Konpira pilgrimage, the entrance had walking sticks, straw hats, chilled hand towels, and towels prepared, which was very helpful. It was also nice that our grandfather, who wasn’t going to Konpira-san, was allowed to use the lounge before check-in. The indoor bath also had a separate shower room, making it comfortable and relaxing even on rainy or cold days. The Room had a large window, a daybed, and two chairs, so we were able to unwind and relax. Breakfast was an irresistible selection for egg lovers—we really enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the dinner buffet selection. There were a lot of carbohydrates (maybe just local preference), but neither the meat nor fish dishes tasted particularly good, and there wasn’t much we wanted to eat. Still, we were able to relax with drinks again in the lounge afterward, so overall we were satisfied.

My family of three stayed in Sansuikaku’s Japanese-Western Room E. Since the Accommodation is located at the foot of a mountain, there are significant elevation changes throughout the property, including the parking area. They provided a Shuttle Service between the parking area and the Accommodation. The Room was new, and both the view and the open-air bath were wonderful. I also liked that the door closes slowly on its own. I felt so happy relaxing with a cup of coffee. The private open-air bath was clean and very nice as well. Dinner at the dining venue was delicious. The beef and matcha shiruko were especially good—I ate too much. Breakfast felt light, perhaps because it was summer; I wouldn’t have minded something a bit more classic. All staff members were pleasant, but after checkout I felt slightly rushed during the Shuttle Service to the parking area (perhaps they wanted to combine rides with other guests). We did want to leave promptly as well, so I would have appreciated being asked, “We can take you right now—what would you prefer?” As an aside, after returning home I learned that my favorite celebrity had stayed here too, which made it feel even more special. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay. It was our first trip to Shikoku, and it became a truly memorable journey. The warm welcome at check-in helped us unwind after sightseeing in the heat. We were also very happy with the drink service in the lobby. The Onsen was clean and very relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we strongly felt we want to come back just to eat them again—especially the dashi broth (shabu-shabu), which was outstanding! The Room was a good size, but we did notice an unpleasant smell in it. We couldn’t tell what it was—perhaps alcohol or something from the Facility—which was disappointing. Thank you for your heartfelt service. There’s no doubt many more guests will continue to visit Shikishimakan—it's a wonderful Accommodation!

I stayed in a four-person Room with my mother, who uses a wheelchair. All the staff were very kind and attentive, and we felt truly comfortable throughout our stay. The Room had four beds plus an extra bed, as well as a sofa and table, yet it was still spacious enough for a wheelchair to move around easily. If I had one request, it would be for the step into the toilet to be a little lower. There were six private baths. Reservations are not available, but we were able to use them anytime without having to wait. The barrier-free bath allowed my mother to enter the changing area in her wheelchair, and the toilet was also barrier-free, which was very helpful. Above all, seeing how moved she was to enjoy an Onsen again after so long made me truly glad we chose this Accommodation. We also enjoyed a filling Japanese breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. If we have the chance to visit again, this is definitely an Accommodation I would love to stay at. Thank you very much!

We stayed at the accommodation to visit udon restaurants with our family. Despite being during the Obon holiday, it was more affordable compared to others, and we decided immediately because of the price and the open-air bath. At night, we enjoyed the open-air bath, and in the morning, we used the large public bath—it was very nice. It was great that all five family members could stay in one room.

The reason for choosing Tsuruyaryokan from among several properties was that the room had an open-air bath and it was right in front of the approach. My honest impression after actually staying there was that it was very good. The male staff who guided us were really pleasant and kind. Also, the food was very delicious, with a quantity so large that we couldn't finish it, which left us very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely like to use your property.
