I was very satisfied as I could relax and enjoy the garden's views in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Dinner was primarily Japanese cuisine but incorporated a creative fusion of ingredients and cooking methods, making it both delicious and exciting. The traditional sea br

I stayed here for one night because it is an Accommodation associated with Mr. Hearn. The meals, the Room, and the service were all excellent. Since I chose a corner Room, the view was wonderful, and I was able to take my time watching the sunset from the Room. Both breakfast a

The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were incredibly delicious, and we finished everything without leaving any behind. Additionally, since it was our wedding anniversary, we received a surprise gift from the Ryokan. We were truly amazed! We will cherish and use it together a

I am truly grateful to all the staff. The Room was very clean, featuring tatami flooring with a bed, separate toilet, and shower. There was a desk and chair by the window where I could enjoy stunning sunsets and sunrises while sipping coffee or tea at my leisure, leaving me feel

After a long drive, I was truly refreshed by the clean Facility and the large Onsen bath overlooking Lake Shinji below. For both dinner and breakfast, we enjoyed the buffet, which featured plenty of fresh local ingredients. Everything was delicious, and I ended up eating more than I intended. At dinner, we also added the free-flow alcohol option and thoroughly enjoyed our drinks. This time I stayed with friends, but next time I would like to visit as a couple.

It is conveniently located near Matsue Castle, and we stayed here while sightseeing.

The spacious and clean Room made my stay very comfortable. My 9-month-old son also enjoyed his time freely, and I’m glad I chose this place! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the night view from the sky deck was wonderful. Although it was just a one-night stay, we h

This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, and I finally understood why my daughters always say, “This Hotel is great” whenever they use it on their trips. It goes without saying that it was quiet and the breakfast was delicious. What I personally loved most was the bottled water in the fridge—it was incredibly cold and felt amazing on my sweaty throat. Since it’s often left outside the fridge at other places, I was genuinely happy about that. There were also snacks provided, which helped satisfy a small hunger. Having a TV in the bathroom was a first for me, and watching a program while soaking in the bath was such a unique experience. The staff were all cheerful and efficient, which left a great impression. Thanks to this stay, I had a wonderful time in Matsue. As an aside, Dormy Inn’s character “Dormy Inko-chan” is adorable—it's rare to see a mascot with that kind of look (lol). Thank you for the sticker as well. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 77th birthday. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and our whole family had a wonderful time. We’re truly glad we chose this place. Thank you for t

It was very convenient being close to the station since I had an early morning train. The air conditioning works well. There are several convenience stores nearby. I really appreciated the complimentary meal. Thank you for the wonderful food. The front desk staff were also very helpful (especially the female staff). If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again.

It was a very dog-friendly Hotel. They had almost everything we needed except food, so we could stay with peace of mind. The open-air bath had a standing bath with a panoramic view of Lake Shinji, and since it was my first time, I was truly impressed. The Onsen while watching the sunrise was the best! The Hotel itself isn’t new, but it was well maintained and perfectly clean, so there was no discomfort at all. If I get the chance again, I’d love to stay here with my dog! Thank you very much.

My children really enjoyed it. We wanted to choose the outdoor BBQ Plan, but it was too cold so we decided not to. We’d like to stay again during summer vacation. Also, we forgot our child’s backpack and asked you to send it cash on delivery, but you sent it prepaid. It’s rare to find service like this, so we were very satisfied.

For our summer trip to Shimane, we chose Matsudairakaku based on everyone’s reviews. The spacious room was spotless and opened onto the garden, and dinner was truly more than we could finish—we looked forward to it every night. They also had a great selection of local sake, so we ended up drinking a little too much. When sightseeing, they recommended routes that only locals would know. On our last day, since we had to leave early in the morning, they kindly prepared breakfast earlier for us as well—we apologize for the inconvenience. Everything was perfect, and it made for a wonderful trip to Shimane. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.
