The concept for breakfast is: “Yanikou (incredibly) delicious—a breakfast buffet to enjoy with all five senses.” We offer approximately 70 dishes in total, including menus featuring Katta-brand red sea bream and daily selections of fresh fish delivered directly from the fishermen’s cooperative.

“BLANCHETTE” in “Blanchette Nanki-Shirahama” is a coined name that unites three elements: “cachette,” meaning “hideaway” in French; “blanc,” representing Shirahama’s “white”; and “fourchette,” the French word for “fork,” a symbol of fine dining. We chose this name with the hope that you will savor delicious cuisine in an elegant, high-quality setting—like relaxing at a private villa.
