From the moment we arrived, the subtle scent of incense in the air and the front desk staff’s beaming smiles left a lasting impression. The Room was spacious and spotless, and soaking in the in-room bath with orchid flowers floating on the water while listening to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The meal began with exquisite sashimi, and we enjoyed being able to savor a variety of dishes little by little. Since we had mentioned that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s retirement, you kindly provided everything—dishes, dessert, and even a commemorative photo on a photo plate—as complimentary services, which truly moved us as a couple. The post-dinner event was also fun, making it a relaxing yet exciting and memorable one-night, two-day stay. Thank you so much to all of your staff.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. I think it would be better if breakfast times were staggered. The staff’s sense of distance also felt very comfortable to me. Sorry to mention this at the end. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to relax in a bath with an ocean view, and it offers ocean-view rooms with private open-air baths. I later realized it was featured in the Michelin Guide (Tokai edition). There are many baths throughout the Accommodation—on the rooftop, on the 5th floor, two on the 3rd floor, and one on the 2nd floor—but unfortunately the 2nd-floor bath was closed on the day of my stay. The in-room open-air bath had plenty of hot water and a great view, and I enjoyed it very much. The 5th-floor bath is a reservable private bath in 25-minute slots, so it felt a bit rushed. On the 3rd floor, if it’s available you can lock it and use it privately; I used only one of them, and its semi-open-air style was best suited for washing up. I used the rooftop open-air bath after dinner—the gradient of colors in the sky was stunning, and I could even see an evening star, making for a truly beautiful experience; however... because there is nothing to block the wind on the rooftop, I felt very cold even during the short walk to the tub. You may want to choose your season if you want to fully enjoy it. The staff were cheerful and kind. I booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner; both meals were delicious and felt like just the right amount. Perhaps because everything paired well with alcohol, I got thirsty at night and drank water several times (I appreciated that cold water was provided in a pot in my room). The bedding was high quality and I slept well. Overall satisfaction was high—an Accommodation that made me want to return. One disappointing point—also mentioned by others—was that there were many marks on the tatami mats that looked like they came from dragging tables or other furniture around. Also as others have noted, there were some areas where cleaning seemed insufficient: higher spots and exterior sides of window frames looked like they hadn’t been wiped for quite some time. What bothered me most this time was that weeding around the open-air bath area hadn’t been done at all. It seems like it could be finished within an hour—or handled with weed killer—but since there don’t seem to be many young people locally and older staff appear to be running things mainly themselves, this may be easier said than done. Shogi fans—and especially Fujii fans—should definitely take a look.

We used this place for our family’s first glamping trip. The dome-shaped tent was beautiful with an ocean view, and it came with a shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the Onsen, and the kids were thrilled. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Room feels modern and pleasant. Dinner was delicious, with a great variety of shrimp dishes. However, it was disappointing that the bidet did not work. It seems my friend’s Room also could not use the bidet, so it may need inspection.

As soon as we stepped inside, we were amazed by the gorgeous interior and how much closer the ocean was than we had imagined. The ocean view was truly breathtaking—an experience you don’t often get. The welcome drinks at check-in came in many varieties, which made it feel special and was perfect hospitality on a hot day. Both dinner and breakfast were prepared at the time we requested, so we could relax. For dinner, the BBQ included local meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, with explanations provided for each item. It was our first time using this type of grill, but the staff kindly showed us how to use it, so even beginners could grill everything deliciously with confidence. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and we were very satisfied with dinner. We usually have to prepare everything ourselves for a BBQ (including cleanup), so it was great that the Hotel took care of everything. After dinner, we enjoyed coffee while watching the sunset. Three types of coffee beans and an electric grinder were provided, along with instructions on how to use the grinder and recommended grind sizes—so we could enjoy freshly brewed coffee and spend a truly special time. There was a jacuzzi on the terrace bath area, and our kids were thrilled since it was their first time. The amenities for children included cute dolphin toothbrushes and sponges, which they loved. For adults, there were ReFa shower heads as well as a hair dryer, hair iron/curling iron tools? , hair oil? etc., leaving our hair smoother than usual—we were delighted. The croissants and roast beef at breakfast were also delicious. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was our second visit to this glamping site. Being able to enjoy glamping with no preparation and light luggage is a huge plus for those without camping experience, and the Facility felt clean overall, making it comfortable and reassuring for everyone from children to adults. Each Room dome has its own concept; the color schemes were beautiful and the amenities were well equipped. There were a mini fridge, electric kettle, instant coffee/tea/green tea, air conditioning/heating, plug-in insect repellent, a Bluetooth speaker, outlets with USB ports, blankets, a hanging rack, an external toilet & shower room (strong water pressure, adjustable temperature settings, and a washlet toilet), as well as a BBQ space. We chose the Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Everything was extremely delicious—and there was more than enough food. At night (depending on the weather) there was also a campfire option, which really added to the camping atmosphere. For future improvements, I’d love to see more activity options such as bamboo dragonfly toys or cup-making using bamboo; an athletic play area; seasonal events like fireworks or water-gun games; snowball fights or roasted sweet potatoes; or hands-on experiences like working in nearby rice fields or vegetable gardens. There is also a simple lookout platform in the bamboo grove that I don’t think was there last year. If the weather and timing are right, you can apparently see the ocean, townscape, and sunset from there. Outdoor voices tend to carry slightly into the domes, so I felt guests may need to be mindful of each other at night. The free-drink area was relatively close by and convenient to use. The beach is nearby as well—an ideal place if you simply want to relax. They also offered free rentals such as badminton sets and board/card games. We would love to come again.

The building and Room have a retro Showa-era feel, but the Room was well cleaned and felt very tidy. I made a Reservation expecting good meals, and there were many dishes—every one was delicious. It exceeded my expectations. The children’s meal also had many kid-friendly options, and my child was happy. The staff were very helpful, and I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Dinner was an all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, and I was amazed by the incredibly tender and delicious meat. Breakfast included a variety of side dishes that went perfectly with unlimited rice, plus grilled meat in the morning! However, the site did not mention that dinner would include crab and sashimi platters or that breakfast offered unlimited shirasu (whitebait) and eggs. Even considering those points, the meals were absolutely fantastic. Additionally, during both breakfast and dinner, there were 2L bottles of juice available for unlimited refills (hot coffee and tea were also provided). Of course, the bath was amazing too. Unlike some reviews mentioning private baths being too hot, it was at a perfect temperature where you could comfortably soak for 30 minutes!

I booked a plan that included dinner. The room was just the right size for spending time with my family. The shower room in the room felt a bit small, but there were no issues using it. Dinner was excellent, with plenty of seafood to enjoy. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it all... We felt sorry about that. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!
