Okawa Onsen × Kimono Experience AccommodationRecommended Hotel·Ryokan

Throughout your stay, we aim to offer more than relaxation—an experience that helps you and your loved ones become more beautiful. Drawing on the power of nature—local ingredients, Onsen, and our two gardens—we create moments that nurture beauty. Beauty takes many forms: outward qualities such as firmer skin, shinier hair, and a lifted appearance, as well as inner wellness such as detoxification, peace of mind, and renewed intellectual curiosity. Stroll through our two gardens and enjoy seasonal flowers and dappled sunlight—unwind your mind while giving your body a pleasant sense of exertion. Revitalize your skin, hair, and spirit with the renowned Okunetsukawa hot spring waters flowing directly from our private source, along with our in-house bath amenities “Yumoribito.” Savor carefully selected Izu seafood and the region’s distinctive mountain vegetables grown across its varied elevations. Enjoy gastronomic cuisine that delights both eye and palate, bringing energy to body and soul. As the journey lingers in memory, so does a sense of beauty in both mind and body. We invite you to experience it for yourself.

"Omuro no Mori Gyokusui" is a Property with nine Rooms, located on a hill in Izu Kogen, offering a view of the sea. Gyokusui was born in the land of Izu Atagawa over a hundred years ago. Since then, it has spanned four eras, cherishing the unchanging essence that remains constant, while continuously evolving to meet the satisfaction of our guests. Rooms, Onsen, cuisine, the Property itself, and our hospitality— we weave together the unchanging and the ever-changing, pursuing greater satisfaction for our guests. Embrace the story of what changes and what remains unchanged. Please enjoy the tale we have woven for you.
