Centered around the bright and energetic young hostess, the staff includes a variety of individuals such as surfers who deeply love the Izu sea and trainees from top international companies working for a few weeks. Conversations with these diverse staff members are sure to become an unforgettable part of your journey. At times, you may even see the staff's children appearing in the dining area, being affectionately greeted by regular guests with a "You've grown so much!"—a scene that evokes the warmth of staying at a relative's home. Except for some Rooms equipped with beds, futons are self-service. Meals are also partially self-service, so it may not suit those seeking fully catered services.
