We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. We stayed as a couple. We made our Reservation one week before our stay, and the only Room available came with a semi-open-air bath. The Room was very clean and spacious, facing the ocean—absolutely wonderful. The beach is right in front of the Hotel, and it felt like a private beach; we could take a walk at sunset and really enjoy the resort atmosphere. Not only was the in-room semi-open-air bath great, but the large public bath with an open-air bath was also very spacious, so we could relax and enjoy it at our leisure. For dinner, since we don’t eat much, we chose the standard course and it was more than enough. It seemed you could also order extras such as golden eye snapper, abalone, and spiny lobster. Breakfast was entirely self-service, and even if you wanted to grill dried fish (aji), you had to go get items like a pot and solid fuel yourself, which felt a bit inconvenient. Alcohol was free during dinner, which was excellent; however, there were no vending machines inside the Hotel for other times, so having to go out to a convenience store to buy drinks was disappointing. Considering the Facility and overall offering, it felt like good value for money; overall satisfaction was high, and we would like to stay again.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Overall, we were satisfied with everything—the bath, the meals, and the service. We had a wonderful time. The in-room open-air bath while looking out at the sea was very comfortable. The large public bath was also very spacious and not crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented, and we enjoyed them very much—especially the grilled abalone and shabu-shabu. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.

This was my first time in Toi, and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and temperature of the Onsen. The staff's attentiveness was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The Ryokan's facility felt a bit old but had its own charm, which I found quite nice in its way. The Onsen was well-maintained and clean, leaving a good impression. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, allowing me to have a restful sleep.

We stayed at an Accommodation I had been interested in for a long time to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The food, the views, the open-air baths, the private open-air bath in our room, and the service were all excellent. We truly had a wonderful time.

A man in his 60s traveling solo. I’ve stayed in West Izu about nine times, but this is my first time using this Accommodation. This time I came by car, though I usually ride a motorcycle. I come for the coastal drive from Numazu down to Minami-Izu, and for the sashimi. The Accommodation has some areas that show its age, but it feels very clean. I stayed in a standard Room; if two people share it, some may find it a bit small, but it has a great atmosphere. The bath is not an Onsen, but unless you’re particular about that, I don’t think it’s an issue. The meals are excellent. Dinner was a sashimi platter plus a full Western-style course meal. There was plenty of sashimi, and the Western dishes tasted great and were beautifully presented. Breakfast had an impressive number of items. At other Accommodations, extra dishes are often added just to increase the count and end up being unnecessary, but there was nothing wasteful here. Since I stayed alone there was an additional charge as expected, but my overall satisfaction is the best I’ve ever had. With prices rising everywhere, being able to stay at this price feels—maybe it’s an exaggeration—like a miracle. For reference, the Accommodation in Toi where I stayed last February had increased its price by 10,000 yen.

If you’re craving delicious fish, this is highly recommended! You can enjoy truly tasty fish until you’re completely satisfied. Of course, the Room is also comfortable, and it’s a nice bonus to have a view of Mt. Fuji! The horse mackerel at breakfast was so good that I bought some to take home on the way back. It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.
