Our Accommodation has been welcoming guests here for over 180 years. This Meiji-era building, showcasing the craftsmanship of Hida artisans, is designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. Our 18 guest rooms are spread across three buildings, each with its own character: Shogetsuro, a merchant-style building (built in 1905); Kogetsuro, built in the Sukiya style (early Showa period); and Kangetsuro (built in the Heisei era), offering views of Honkoji Temple and the Araki River from the front. "IORI STAY" is a small luxury townhouse accommodation brand with six unique accommodations located throughout Hida City. All accommodations are conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from the station and in the heart of the sightseeing area. Hida City is just 15 minutes by train or 30 minutes by car from Takayama, offering a distinct charm that is beautiful, very local, and perfect for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing stay.
