The mountain range of Okuhida and the gentle sound of the river beyond the steam provide a pleasant and relaxing time. The Kaiseki cuisine, featuring Hida beef as the main dish, incorporates local ingredients and seasonal seafood from the Sea of Japan, with a Japanese-style breakfast including Hoba miso.
