Especially, the A5-grade Hida beef, crafted into our signature roast beef, is a must-try delicacy.

At the central highland property of Fukuchi Onsen, you can enjoy gender-separated open-air baths and three private open-air baths. The mountain range of Okuhida and the gentle sound of the river beyond the steam provide a pleasant and relaxing time. The pure Japanese-style rooms total 26, all equipped with baths and bidet toilets. The Kaiseki cuisine, featuring Hida beef as the main dish, incorporates local ingredients and seasonal seafood from the Sea of Japan, with a Japanese-style breakfast including Hoba miso.
